“The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy.”

“Appartementi piacevoli e puliti, durante il nostro soggiorno l'acqua calda arrivava ad intermittenza ma penso e spero non sia la normalità. Nel complesso più che bene.”

“Struttura sita in una bella posizione fronte lago molto comoda per raggiungere gli impianti a Bad Kleinkircheneim; camere nuove, pulite e spaziose. Unica pecca i dintorni dell’hotel nell’immediata vicinanza, dove non abbiamo mai trovato ristoranti aperti oltre le 20.30 e raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Struttura consigliatissima per chi come noi vuole godersi la montagna e le giornate sugli sci per poi tornare a risposare in un luogo confortevole. ”

“The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer”
