Motel a Carlisle

“Not a well maintained facility. Reviews mislead my expectations. Staff was slightly disrespectful and dismissive. Room was cleaned but obvious details were missed ,such as items left in fridge and tissue stuffed in the peep hole. Poor repairs and "hiding" damage rather than a true fix. Breakfast was not a Breakfast, I almost asked if they were not set up yet. A few granola bars and packaged danishes in the clear bread box box.. and pancake batter for griddle. “We had joining rooms upstairs. We could not walk to the bathroom with out the desk calling our room. because the people below was was complaining about the stomping. We were in bed going to sleep lights out rooms dark and got a knock on our door. The deck clerk saying the downstairs people will not stop complaining. I opened the door all the way and showed the guy clerk we were in bed. Not stomping. I paid for my room with out being able to be comfortable. We had to tiptoe to the bathroom....

“Bring your own pillows. There were no bed pillows! Only 3 small 14 inch decorative throw pillows on king size bed. Pool is out of order going on 3 years according to staff. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable if you have arthritis in hips. Overall, it was okay as far as cleanliness and being spacious.”
