“Carlow non è proprio il posto più turistico d'Irlanda, anche se alla periferia c'è un bel dolmen con una pietra di copertura gigantesca, ma questa può essere una buona tappa nel tragitto tra Dublino e il centro-sud dell'isola. Nella nostra esperienza, si tratta di un B&B assolutamente impeccabile: tutto nuovo e pulito, stanze e bagni molto grandi, mobili comodi, parcheggio privato, colazione enorme (addirittura quattro salsicce a testa...), e un addetto gentilissimo che si fa in quattro per te....

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. To top it off, guests are allowed to watch the cows being milked every day from a viewing gallery (yes, Ballindrum is also a working dairy farm). I highly recommend it.”
