Cottage a Carlsbad

“Best comment is the good value, this motel was a decent bargain. Bed and linens were clean. I slipped on my shoes when getting out of bed. Being dog friendly there was an abundance of small noisy dogs.”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to leave a night early due to a family issue and the management was willing to cancel without penalty. The building was nice and our room was clean. However it was undergoing construction, which is the only reason I gave it a four on overall appearance. I would definitely recommend this location.”

“The rooms were older and not well taken care of. It was not very clean. I don't know how in the world it got a score of 8 on the reviews. I would probably give it a 3.”

“Staff was friendly. One major problem in getting to the hotel was that the GPS coordinates were not correct and Google Maps was taking us to another location. It took us 30 minutes to find the hotel. While at the front desk someone called having the same problem with GPS . This can be easily fixed by your IT department. After traveling some distance and you tired you shouldn’t have a hassle finding the hotel.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Booked the wrong weekend in a hurry…. Booked the right weekend immediately after and this establishment refused to credit back the money. I will NEVER stay at this hotel line again.”

“Clean room, great staff, quiet location not too far from Main Street.”

“Bell'hotel comodissimo in quanto vicino alle Caverns e sulla strada che porta... ovunque nelle vicinanze c'è un bel supermercato dove rifornirsi, parcheggio ampio, colazione buona, personale gentile e disponibile”
