“It was a great location for seeing Carlsbad Caverns. The hallway, entrance and room was very clean. The only problem was that it was a very windy day and the pool had some leaves in it.”

“Check in .Miranda is a gem.i had several requests and she took care of everything with professionalism and kindness. I asked to change my room,and no fuss no muss.the room was as perfect as I have ever seen. The breakfast was warming everything delicious. Rob, who takes care of keeping everything clean and refilled is a one of a kind employee. This young man was constantly cleaning refilling always keeping everything just right. “Camere ampie e pulite. Comodo parcheggio. Piccola colazione ma gradita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima vicino all'ingresso del parco. Purtroppo non ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni, occorre andare fino a Carlsbad. ”

“Our stay here was comfortable and uneventful. Our family always looks for a hotel with an indoor pool so we chose this site. Our trip was to Carlsbad Cavern but we stayed in Artesia. The room at this hotel was very spacious. Cleanliness was on par with other hotels. Breakfast was usual. The gym had two treadmills that were not functioning. I informed the staff who did not seem aware of it. That would be the only nick on our stay lol.”
