“I stayed one night for a work trip and had no complaints!”

“Wet carpet and a broken phone in our first room. Staff quickly moved us down the hallway to a suitable room. Our three night stay resulted in only one visit from housekeeping, but three incidents of the key cards not working and needing staff assistance to reset them. Dirty elevator with a sticky floor and broken buttons held on with scotch tape. Breakfast was plentiful and hot as promised. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and what you would expect from this property level....

“The good: access to the hotel, andfirst floor room, and a great mattress. The bad: badly out of date decor, and color combinations, with chipping and splotchy paint throughout the room,along with a dirty floor, mold, rust in the bathroom, obvious water damage, and the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom.”

“Clean room ”

“I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that .”

“The check in person was really nice. She gave some good advice. There is very limited parking out front. Breakfast item choices are also very limited. No proteins except hard boiled eggs. You know the old adage, "you get what you pay for."”

“Property a bit run down. Mold on the shower and sink caulk. Windows dirty. Mattress sagged in the middle and felt worn out - no support”

“Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Room had water seeping through laminate flooring not sure if it's from cleaning or the ac leaking under it. Only eggs at buffet breakfast was hard boiled. Would have been nice to have a hot tub after a long days travel. Could use a few more seating at pool area, currently only has two tables. Restraunt across parking lot( urban farmhouse) was super convenient and food was very good and affordable.”
