Put on your walking shoes and explore nearby beaches, Point Lobos State Reserve and downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. All the attractions of the Monterey Peninsula and Bay are within a 15 minute drive. This is a perfect location for taking day trips to tour the stunning Big Sur coastline to the south.

Living Space
Enter the home through an arched doorway into the entry foyer. Have a seat on the wooden bench to slip off your shoes - your vacation has begun!
The inviting living room has vaulted beam ceilings, hardwood floors, TV and conversation area around the wood burning fireplace with large stone surround.

Kitchen and Dining
The large, sunny kitchen has colorful cabinetry, a gas range and ample counter space including a small rolling work island in the center.
The pine dining table that seats 4 and is located near windows looking out into the back yard.
The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet in the kitchen.

Outside
A small patio off the kitchen offers a grill and a table with chairs, perfect for enjoying casual meals or a cup of coffee alfresco.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a small writing desk with a chair. This bedroom overlooks the beautifully-landscaped front yard and Carmel stone patio.
The bathroom on this level is a full hall-accessed bathroom with a shower over tub combination with tile surround.
Upstairs:
Bedroom #2 has two extra long twin beds and a small writing desk.
The upper level has a half bathroom.

Off-street parking in the driveway. The small single garage is not available for guest use,
