This wonderful Carmel Point location puts you right where you want to be on your coastal vacation - walking distance to the beach. Slip on your walking shoes and stroll to several notable destinations including Carmel River Beach, Robinson Jeffers' Tor House, Carmel Mission Bassilica and Mission Ranch restaurant. Slightly more ambitious walkers can get to all downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea attractions like boutique shops and world-class restaurants. A 15 minute drive brings you to Monterey or Pacific Grove and a 30 minute drive takes you to Big Sur.

Living Space
This is a 1,551 sf, single-level home with a few steps at the entrance.
The comfortable living room includes a TV and gas fireplace.
(The TVs in the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs with YouTube TV service. Guests should also bring the logins to their own streaming subscription services for programming options.)

Outside
The pleasant yard is fully fenced, has distant ocean view and is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and an exterior water feature on a timer.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully-equipped for making meals at home and dining in. When you want to dine out, the local options are many.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower and heated floors.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower and heated floors.

A washer and dryer are located in the hall.

Off street parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest parking.

One small well-behaved dog is welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
