Tutti i servizi di casa tra cui servizio internet, tv via cavo in soggiorno e camera matrimoniale, lavastoviglie, piano cottura e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Ponte privato con vista sul cortile privato. Posto auto coperto. Situato con facile accesso alle strade principali. Pensa alla nostra casa come a casa lontano da casa. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful two-bedroom home just 10 minutes from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. The location is perfect—nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with wooded views, yet close to all the amazing shopping, restaurants, and bars the area has to offer.The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, comfortably accommodating four adults. The large kitchen and dining area made meals easy and enjoyable, while the cozy living room, stocked with games and books, was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.For golf lovers, Carmel Valley Ranch Golf Course is less than 15 minutes away, making it super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive, and everything was just as described in the listing.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a private yet well-located retreat in Carmel! We can’t wait to come back.

Great place, with a classic feel mid-century modern style in a cozy neighborhood that has access to a State Park trail in the back of the development. The whole house is very clean with a very well stocked kitchen, solid beds and linens. Every aspect of the houses amentiies and interior design is well thought out. We hope to stay again since it is centrally located with less than 10 minute drive to major areas.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Carmel. The property was easily accessible to downtown Carmel, to restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive and responded quickly and gave easy instructions. We would highly recommend and plan on returning again.

Had a very nice time. The home was comfortable, relaxing, and well appointed. If you are a reader there is a great collection of books. If you enjoy sitting out on a quiet patio this is your place. Just a short drive from all the shops, restaurants, and the beach.

I was looking for a close home to spend the Labor Day weekend for my wife's 50th birthday and this more than fit the need. Alice was a joy to deal with, her home is a beautiful, clean, well kept, quiet, relaxing space for anyone looking to get away. Comfortable beds, great deck, and for anyone who likes to read, there is a broad library to review. Would highly recommend and on our next trip down we will be looking to take advantage of staying here again.

My sister and I had a girls vacation in Carmel - our VRBO was perfect! Beds were comfortable - location was great - we loved everything about this lovely home. Everything we needed was supplied - THANK YOU ALICE! Easy check in - great directions. We highly recommend this quaint home!

I would stay here again. Our family enjoyed walking to Carmel (there's a stoplight at the high school to help you get across Hwy 1). The home is not far from Monterey and Pacific Grove. Anything we needed, we were able to find in the house. Alice was easy to communicate with and also has a wonderful library.

Loved loved this quaint lil house!! I immediately felt right at home when I walked in. It is stocked with anything and everything you need, and super clean. Very quiet surroundings with large deck to enjoy, and very close to Ocean Ave Carmel. I would definitely book to stay here again if vacationing in Carmel!!!! TY Alice

Nicely appointed home. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of utensils, bowls etc. Lovely yard. Outdoor seating. Living room spacious and lots of books to read! Very clean. Easy drive to Monterey, Los Lobos State Park, grocery store, Carmel by the Sea. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy & comfortable property with a private yard in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to town (20-30 minute walk, moderate terrain) for dinners & shopping. If you are a book lover this is a great place for you- extensive selection! Very well equipped kitchen- if you need it they have it! The Quail family was a treat to watch!
