Benvenuti nella nostra bella casa bagno 2 bdrm / 2. Con 1479 sf, la casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone. Il tavolo da pranzo è abbastanza grande per 8 persone. Un letto king size nella spaziosa camera matrimoniale al piano superiore, 1 letto queen size nella camera da letto al piano inferiore e 1 divano letto queen-size nel soggiorno al piano inferiore. Tutti e 3 i letti sono con materassi a forma di memoria.

Situato sul Monte Verde st e 15th, è a soli 4 isolati dalla spiaggia, Mission Ranch di Clint Eastwood è a 2 minuti a piedi. Negozi e ristoranti di 'Carmel by the Sea' sono meno di 1 miglio di distanza. Scenic Drive è vicino. Bella Point Lobos State Reserve è di circa 3 miglia. Questo è un luogo perfetto per vacanza in famiglia o riunione.

Recentemente rinnovato, dal pavimento in legno elegante, armadi da cucina, elettrodomestici da cucina, a tutti i mobili sono nuovi di zecca. Sono disponibili 2 TV, con streaming (NEFLIX, ecc.) E accesso a Internet. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. 3 macchine possono parcheggiare di fronte alla casa.

Perfect location

everything was perfect from the location to the description. The owner was easy to work with, and the home met all of our needs. We were there for our wedding and the stress free environment just made our stay that much more prefect.

Perfect place to relax

I had a lovely stay! Everything in the house was so clean, beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect place to rest at the end of the day. I loved all the flowers in the yard. The beach behind the house was so beautiful to watch the sunset and no crowds. The beach chairs under the stairs were such a nice touch!

Charming Carmel House

Charming is an overly optimistic term for this rental.We have been to Carmel 20-25 times. opted for this VRBO. It has a nice kitchen but the rest is tired, old and much is needed in repairs. the living room and bedrooms are sterile. located directly across from an elementary school but walking the neighborhood and to the beaches is great. about a mile into town and Ocean Ave. Frankly have stayed in better hotels in Carmel for a lot less. would not reserve this property again.

Very nice home.

Outside of the stair railing being a bit sticky and the upstairs bathroom door not closing all the way, this house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and a 15 min walk to the beach. Nicely appointed house. Would definitely stay again.

Clean but needs some updating

The property was clean but is in major need of updating. The wall paint is chipped and scrapped. The front and backyards are neglected, which is a shame because the backyard would be a lovely place to hang out. There is a dirty hot tub in the back which should be removed. The location is good.

Wonderful home

This home had all the amenities needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and the downtown area. Owners were very responsive to our needs. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Friends Weekend

Upon arrival you will find the home in a great neighborhood. The home is close enough to Carmel to walk to town. Sadly the exterior of the home is lacking. The front yard is not maintained. The backyard is unwelcoming and downright scary in one sense (strange structure on the property, out of service hot tub, overgrown landscaping, no furniture). The interior is great. Upstairs bedroom is wonderful with a comfortable bed. The shower water temperature is inconsistent as previously mentioned. The downstairs bedroom is good, our friends thought the mattress was just ok. The kitchen and living areas were great. If you are looking for decent lodgings, this will work. So long as you ignore the property exterior. (A little yard care and clean up would do wonders).
