“We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. “The property is filthy, decades overdue for a rehab. There are city remediation orders taped to the front door. Carpet in the room was filthy. I and others were cutting our stays short. Expedia should not be presenting this property.”
