“We stay here every time we come to Carmel. It is wonderful with great breakfast and evening reception is excellent. They serve quality food and wine. The manager is the best.”

“The hotel is really nice and modern renovated. However, the room doors are not insulated, the cold wind enters through the door side cracks and freezes the room, even if you have the heat on. An important matter they shouldn’t overlook. The breakfast is great, the idea of breakfast tapas quite original and innovative. The wood oven pizza is delicious.”

“The room was very clean and I felt pampered with amenities such as snacks and robes and slippers. Great location with free parking. Great staff too. ”

“Hotel molto bello , alla reception ci ha accolto una signora gentilissima , ci ha offerto da bere e dei cookies e ci ha dato indicazioni per i ristoranti dove mangiare la sera. Camera spaziosa, curata e pulita . Siamo stati ad aprile e la struttura era silenziosissima . Il parcheggio e’ proprio di fronte alla struttura e il paesino di Carmel a pochi passi. Fuori c’è un caminetto con delle paghe dove sedersi e rilassarsi . Ci ritornerei sicuramente ”

“Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning. But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus.”

“Beautiful property. Like going to Europe without actually being there. Centrally located within walking distances of everything you’d want to see, visit or go eat at in Carmel. Of course, you have a Michelin star experience at the hotel as well in their restaurant. The attention to detail all around, including the staff and service, was impeccable ”

“Love this place, just 2 minutes from the beach and a 25-minute walk to downtown Carmel. The staff are first class, with George in particular standing out. Our room was upgraded upon arrival and was beautifully decorated. The complimentary mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise, and the breakfast was delicious. ”

“Going there from Carmel, there is no GPS signal, so we missed the entrance and ended up taking an extra hour of driving. But once we got there it is very nice. ”

“The location in Carmen is very comfortable, but for the price we paid the beds were very bad and I find unethic to sell a night for 4 adults with a sofa (often in USA), in this case we paid more then 700 euros and olso the real bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast terrible. ”

“The location is unmatched, staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Rooms are cozy and views are gorgeous. 5 min drive from downtown Carmel. Carmel is one of the best places to bring a dog. BUDS, the restaurant in house, is phenomenal. The breakfast (included) is the best breakfast I’ve had. That alone would make me come back. ”

“The room was clean, staff friendly, spa area sweet. Walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and beach (if you want to walk the hill) The bar brought some extra midnight noise but if you don’t mind that, and are a hard sleeper, or in a room not next to it, you’re probably fine. Parking is tight ”

“Esternamente tutto bellissimo, pieno di piante e fiori, curato. Le stanze sono le solite dei motel. Non molto grandi, Arredamento vecchio stile, moquette, bagno datato. Personale molto gentile. A colazione poca scelta e puntualissime alle 9.30 portano via TUTTTO!”
