“The valet parking was very slow and inconvenient. The "ocean View with Balcony" was a joke. The "Juliet" balcony was unusable and the view was only partial ocean view- not what I asked for or expected.....The room service for breakfast was excellent and the hotel Restaurant "C" was outstanding......”

“Every single staff member we came across was very helpful and wonderful. The room itself felt like a destination and was the coziest stay we’ve been to with the window facing the water, the fireplace, and everything else. The breakfast to the room is such a nice touch too. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!”

“The place is in great location, close to everything (walkable to restaurants, shopping centers, to the beach) the place is clean, the staff's are awesome 👌 and breakfast is great 👍. The only thing missing compare to all the hotels I've been is no microwave and small refrigerator 😒.”
