“When you get off elevator you get overwhelmed with air freshener odors very strongly.. room was clean but odor of musty damp. Fact they use air fresheners to cover up musty smells i wouldn't stay again.. fix the issue not cover it up.. ”

“Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. “There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. “I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
