“Our first room had serious hygiene issues, including insects and visible mold in the shower. My wife had to go to our friend’s room to take a shower in order to make it on time to our reservation. After reporting this to the front desk we were moved to the second room; however, this room has extremely poor water pressure, making the shower unusable.
