“Everything was amazing ”

“Staff very nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of the lake across the road (loved the hip retro alt rock music that was playing too). The whole place has a cool hip vibe. Was nice to have early morning free hot coffee available. Room was nice and very clean and comfortable. 1st floor patio off of the room faced the parking lot, so not that useful, but too cold when I was there anyway. “Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“Super cute cabin and lovely setting. Had some trouble with finding parking for a second vehicle — one staff person told me we had to go all the way to Kings Beach to park it, which was not very helpful. Aside from the parking issue it was a great place to stay.”
