“We had such a great stay at this property. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it rained the whole time we were visiting. At the end of a long day of sight-seeing it was so nice to come home to a cozy spot. Everything about the listing is spot on, so many little comforts provided by the hosts - coffee pods, linens, towels, welcome bottle of local sparkling water. Can't wait to return when it's not raining cats and dogs.”

“I booked this as a surprise anniversary get away! It did not disappoint. The caboose is modern and everything we needed was there. We will absolutely be back. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation, this place is perfect. I read my book, my boyfriend went fishing and we were still spending time together, peacefully. I cannot say enough good things!!!”

“We had a lovely time at Hemlock Haven! We spent several days mining for Herkimer diamonds and the cabin was an excellent place to relax after spending the day outside. It is fairly quiet, cozy, and pretty easy to drive to. The hosts had a few extra touches to make it even more welcoming. Definitely recommend for a little R&R!!”

“Sarah & T.J were amazing hosts! Our company stayed for 3 weeks for work. The guys loved it! They cooked dinner on the grill most nights went to the lake and fished, and slept very good. The house was clean and tidy and Sarah was SUPER accommodating to us when I ran into many problems booking with VRBO. She made the process much easier And stress free for us.
