Hemlock Haven An “All Season” Adirondack Getaway

🏠 Originally built in the early 1930’s but extensively remodeled in
2022-23 “Hemlock Haven” is a classic Adirondack cabin with a complete redesign and update. The space feels cozy yet open and relaxing at the same time. The soaring 14’ knotty pine ceiling and beams harken back to a simpler time while the small touches of modern style make this four season cabin a relaxing place to stay. A comfortable queen bed is in the bedroom and the living room consists of a “full "size futon for 2 additional guests. Outside: A new gas grill and small fire pit along with plenty of dry 🪵firewood is available for your use. Hemlock Haven is an ideal getaway for couples & families looking to escape from the city and reconnect with nature, in a clean, simple, tastefully decorated Adirondack inspired environment. Cute cabin in the woods!
We had a lovely time at Hemlock Haven! We spent several days mining for Herkimer diamonds and the cabin was an excellent place to relax after spending the day outside. It is fairly quiet, cozy, and pretty easy to drive to. The hosts had a few extra touches to make it even more welcoming. Definitely recommend for a little R&R!!

Cozy and warm!
A perfect little cabin! Stayed during single digit weather and it was plenty warm and the gas fireplace was awesome to kick on it the morning while having coffee and chatting while waking up. Loved the renovation process book and decorations made the cabin nice and homely for the season. 10/10 will book and stay again!

One year anniversary
Very clean, a lot of attention to detail. I thought it was really special that they had the house decorated for fall, that was a nice touch. We loved spending time in the cozy house in between hikes. And there were even more things we could have done at the house if we had wanted to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Little House in the Big Woods Vibe
Scott and Jodi's place is the epitome of quiet, nice, and luxurious. Nestled in the deep woods, yet seconds away from the big lake, you will not feel lost even if your mind makes you wonder. From the upscale furnishings, to the detailed Amish milled ceiling, this is our new home away from home. Many games for the family to enjoy (my favorite are the metal puzzles), a warm fireplace for the cold nights, and a firepit for the hot nights, you won't regret giving their handbuilt newly renovated home a try. The love and time that Scott and Jodi put into these renovations over the last 2 years are shining through every part of the home, and just relaxing in the living room makes you feel like you are in another world. All the amenities are top notch, and the location is superb. Check out this vacay cottage for one of the best vacations you've had.

Perfect!
I was traveling to visit family and found this listing right in town. The pictures and description really don’t do it justice, it was awesome. Everything was spotless and brand new. Normally I stay in a hotel about a half hour away so this was a nice upgrade. Owners were very responsive and obviously take great care of the property.

Perfect quite getaway.
I rented this camp to house extra family members during a family reunion weekend at Caroga Lake. The host and check in process was seamless. The cabin was very clean and there were no surprises. All furniture and interior is newly remodeled and in great condition. The Mini split AC unit worked great to keep the place comfortable. We will rent again for sure.
