6 BR/6 Ba w/ Pool & Hot Tub, ample Parking, close to Beach & Downtown!

Bright and airy home in the heart of Carolina Beach with lovely outdoor areas for play, relaxation and socializing! This spacious newer home is everything you imagine a beach house to be. Large, wide covered porch has table and chairs for casual dining and entertaining as well as conversation seating. The enclosed back yard has a private pool and hot tub plus large patio area with table, chairs and a flat grassy area for enjoyment. The parking and outdoor space this house offers is extraordinary!

Minimal steps from street level to the first floor and porch make it convenient and functional for young families and multi-generational gatherings. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

Open dining/ living/ kitchen and 2 bedrooms on ground floor; loft area/game room and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, beverage cooler, pantry, and island. Inside dining for 12 (dining table and island bar seating).

The house is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach, with very close paid parking available if you'd rather not walk. Located on a quiet residential street it is an easy walk to most everything Carolina Beach offers.

When you are ready to explore, The Black Pearl is an easy stroll to downtown Carolina Beach and the board walk (less than 2 blocks). Carolina Beach offers restaurants, shopping, carnival rides, well known Britt's Donuts during the summer season and a vibrant night life. Fort Fisher, the Aquarium, the ferry to Southport, the State Park and Cape Fear river are all a short drive, when you are ready to explore further. The gazebo has live music and bingo in the summer months. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats and paddle boards are available. Carolina Beach offers a greenway trail, family parks that include pickle ball court, skate park, basketball court and green space.

Within a 20 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and Front Street, museums, and more to see and do!

No Smoking and No Pets, please. Parking accommodates 5 vehicles; do not park on the grass, please. A 3 day minimum stay is required in off season; 7 day (Sunday to Sunday) stay mid June - mid August. Weekly discount except during high season. Greatly reduced monthly discount during off season! Inquire for details!

Loved our vacation at Carolina Beach. The house was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a huge plus. We spent lot's of time outside on the large wrap around porch and the pool. It's a short walk to the beach and there are lots of walkable shops and restaurants. We rarely used our car the whole time we were there. Very well appointed.. lot's of beach chairs for everyone (but do bring your own beach towels) and the kitchen has absolutely everything you would need. The owner went above and beyond for us too. I accidentally left something behind and she had it mailed to our house in Ohio! Very pleased with the whole Carolina Beach experience! Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and great rooms for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. Easy walk to the beach and lots of places to eat shop within walking distance. And the long driveway was perfect for our boat.

Everything you need!

This house was just so amazing! Having the pool and hot tub was so convenient for the kids. We had a minor issue with the pool and it was quickly addressed and we were back to swimming in no time. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and so much space to not feel cramped. The walk to the beach is not bad, just a few blocks and so convenient to the board walk fun! We will definitely be back.

Family get away

We loved it, it was so beautiful and very spacious. Our grandchildren loved the pool and of course us older ones loved the hot tub. Not far from the beach. It was an awesome vacation. Thank you for opening your house to us. We hope to return soon.

My 60th Birthday

Rented the place to celebrate my 60th birthday. House was nice and clean. It's close to restaurants, night life, shopping and of course the beach. Check in was easy. Only issues we had were addressed the following day was the pool was dirty (leaves) and one of the beds didn't have the correct size sheets.
