I am writing to formally request a partial refund for our stay due to a major maintenance issue. The air conditioning in the property was non-functional, and the indoor temperature reached 90 degrees. (The out door temperature was 90 degrees as well). As I mentioned in multiple messages and phone calls since our arrival June 18 2026 @ 4:06p.m. , this issue goes beyond discomfort. I have my young child staying with me who has asthma, and these extreme indoor temperatures create a direct health and safety hazard for her as well as all of us. We experienced heat rash and extreme exhaustion from the torturous heat. We attempted to use neck fans we brought with us in hopes of cooling down.Because a primary advertised amenity was unavailable for a duration of our stay and the home was unsafe to occupy comfortably, I am requesting at least a partial refund for the stay June 18 - 21, 2026.We had to cancel multiple plans due to this issue and having to wait at the property for hours until Taylor's Heating and Air arrived. Although the technician ultimately resolved the issue, it took a considerable amount of time for the home to return to a comfortable temperature which we were informed this by the technician before his departure.(next day before in door temperature was cool mid 70s)What was suppose to be a joyous occasion family get away did not begin in that manner due to this issue.I appreciate your prompt attention to getting the AC repaired and look forward to your respon
