Carolina Cottage | Pet Friendly + Fenced Yard!

Location! Location! Location! This beautifully decorated, pet-friendly cottage, in the heart of Carolina Beach, provides easy access to all this adorable beach town has to offer. Not to mention a brand-new pool right in the backyard. Start your day with a short walk around the Lake with coffee in hand. Later, take a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach and dip your toes in the ocean, then stroll down the boardwalk for a bite to eat or catch some live music. End the day by watching the weekly fireworks with your family right from your front porch!

Inside, enjoy the bright and open living space equipped with a Smart LED flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Carolina Cottage now features two bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom and a half bath, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The primary suite has a Queen Bed, and the guest room has a full-size bed and twin bunk beds, perfect for families. Additionally, there's a fully equipped laundry room and a small garage with beach chairs and toys provided.

The outdoor space is the star of the show, featuring an outside shower, pool, and a grill for home-cooked meals. This property offers easy access to wheelchair amenities at the beach and town parks, making it perfect for all guests. If you're dreaming of a beach vacation with space, privacy, and accessibility, then the Sandbox is the place for you! Live among the locals but live it up like a visitor!

I LOVED the fenced in yard. I could let my puppy out and he could run all he wanted. I was frustrated that we had to bring our own coffee, hair dryer, paper towels, garage bags, toilet paper, etc. I packed it all up and didn’t need any of it. I was also frustrated regarding the rubbish/recycle pickup. If you are not familiar with the area, the list for pickups was useless. The trash cans were already out when we arrived and they sat there until they were picked up on Tuesday.

We had the best time in Carolina Beach! This house is not fancy and could use some extra supplies however the location to EVERYTHING can not be beat! Walkable to all. The best part of the house is the pool and we spent hours in it daily. Also ideal is the fenced in front snd back yard for our dog ! We would not hesitate to rent again.

We had an excellent stay at Carolina Cottage. We called about the light in the back yard not working and they sent someone imeadiatley to fix it. The only thing I did not like was the neighbor lady. We call her crabby patty. She was very rude. My dogs are very well behaved but, she came home one day and they barked at her ( not excessivley) and she was yelling to shut my dogs up. Anywhere you go really there is a crabby patty some where. We loved the pool and would stay again definatley.

Could use a couple updates (rusty air vents, pantry door sticks) but we enjoyed our time at this property! It was a perfect location and worked great for our family of four! Very close to the beach, Carolina Boardwalk, lots of places to eat, and things to do. We could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go! We loved hanging out in the back yard and by the pool! The privacy fence in the backyard was an added bonus for our dog. Neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay. We plan to come back again one day. :)

We had a great stay. The house was clean when we got there and we have no complainants at all. The only note id make that was slightly surprising was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. 1 roll in each bathroom should probably be the minimum. Also, if dishes are expected to be washed, some dishwashing soap would have been nice to have. Would definitely return and bring a few more amenities with us next time.

The property was wonderful, the grass was really tall when we arrived so we contacted the management company for help, they sent someone over and then they scheduled to have it cut, altogether a great expense, we would certainly go there again.

Perfect Location and Property Amenities

You can walk to the beach, downtown CB, boardwalk, restaurants, etc- all while being in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. The pool was beautiful in the backyard & the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Management very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place

We had a great experience here. The house was immaculate and just as pictured, a great size for a small family! The pool was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. Location was quiet in the midst of busy Carolina Beach, but super close to access all that is going on.

Great Lo cation, Fun Pool, Great for Family

We loved this property and would stay here again. The house and yard were clean and organized with plenty of kitchen supplies and beach toys for all. We really enjoyed the backyard pool for those of us that wanted a quieter stay than the beach or to cool off in after the sunny days. The location was ideal to walk everywhere and to see the fireworks on the beach from our front yard. The fenced in yard was perfect for the family dog. We loved it!
