Great location, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. The back deck overlooking the sea marsh was great for having coffee and relaxing. The proximity to the north end beach was a definite plus. Loved the dog friendly home. Thanks for making this home available.

Great location on the island with both ocean and marsh views from the balconies. Very comfy couches and bed. Heads up. The unit is a 3rd floor walk-up and bottled water is not provided by the hosts. Bring your own water because tap isn’t so good and note you need to carry it up. Great access to beach, marina, local eateries, fun bars, and lots of live music spots. Had a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the apartment and location. The apartment was great and had plenty of space for the three of us. We loved the front and rear decks and the short walk to the beach. We didn’t love the stairs but that won’t stop us from returning. When we arrived, it looked like the cleaners had forgotten to sweep the bathroom floor - there was sand but nothing gross - the rest of the apartment was very clean. We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our lab mix.

Cozy and Comfy

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Including extra for our pup. Extremely thoughtful and comfortable stay. Would love to return next year!

Clean and comfy condo near the beach

Even if I had read other reviews, I think I still would have been pleasantly surprised by how clean and well stocked this condo was. Christi thought of everything and was very responsive to my messages. I really appreciate the thought she put into making this condo a home away from home, especially as a toddler mom with another one on the way. Because it was 4th of July weekend, we got to see fireworks over the salt marsh from the bedroom which was an added benefit. Staying in a condo on the top floor gave us some great views, which made going up and down the narrow external stairs ok. We also really liked being such a short walk to the beach and having access to a pool; trucks were waiting in line to drive on the beach a mile long for over an hour!We only stayed for 3 days and ended our trip early due to a tropical storm, but we could have easily stayed much longer and still been comfortable, spending time in the spacious living room and exploring the surrounding area including the beaches. I would definitely visit again!

Relaxing

This very cozy condo was the perfect place for my friend and myself to relax and enjoy the beach. The condo had perfect placement where we could bike to the local state parks and to the beach access. There was great communication with the host. The host responded quickly and was very helpful! I will be revisiting this property.

Wonderful getaway!

Such a great location!

The Trip was wonderful! The condo was even better than the pictures! The view over the marsh every morning was absolutely priceless. Our host responded to every question almost immediately. No issues at all. We all had a great time; the kids loved the pool, and the access to Freeman Park beach was amazing. Such a great location!

Great Trip!

We weren't able to travel with extended family this year so we had to find a smaller place for just the 3 of us. This place was great. Christie had great amenities and her check in/check out processes were very nice. It's a lot of stairs to get to the rental but then all on one floor when you're in. Add long as you can do the stairs, it's great. Wonderful experience and would like to do again.

Wonderful condo close to beach!

This property was beautiful! Very clean and easy walk to beach! It was also great for our small dog! Close to many attractions and restaurants! We greatly enjoyed our first visit to Carolina Beach!!!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect. Absolutely lovely- more than we expected! Well appointed, very clean and comfortable- everything we needed and so many extra touches! We loved the location right next to Freeman park. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog- very dog friendly area. I highly recommend this condo, and hope to visit again.

Great vacation

Amazing vacation rental!

What an amazing stay! From the moment we pulled up to walking in. It was even better than pictures could show. They literally thought of every small detail! Everything was neat and nicely labeled so you knew what you were looking at. The neighborhood was quite, the pool was relaxing, we meet some neighbors who were great, and the best part was the ocean was literally a few steps away. The back porch overlooked the canal with was breathe taking and so peaceful! The front porch was nice too, to watch the sunrise and enjoy coffee. We have to admit the stairs were very humbling but was needed lol. We are already looking at dates to come back again. Seems like we found our forever rental space! If you’re thinking about renting the place, do it! You won’t regret it.

Great Vacation Spot

We do a trip almost every year for the summer and this years vacation was a blast. The home was clean, stocked for just about every need for a family of 4, and had great views to top it all off. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone. PS the owner is fantastic!

Just Perfect!

Small but mighty! We had our 11 and 13 year old kids with us and the two comfy couches plus futon with pull out trundle meant plenty of sleeping space despite only one bedroom. The condo was VERY well stocked! Plenty of bath and beach towels, kitchen and bathroom needs, and doggie treats! There is a distant view of the ocean from the front balcony and a beautiful full view of the marsh from the back balcony. The complex was quiet and the pool was clean. There are two easy accesses to the beach, we walked to the Freeman Park access just past the entrance to the park - less than a 5 minute walk! I walked the 1.5 miles to the end of the island each morning and found beautiful shells. This beach is pet friendly, lots of furry family members out and about. You are only 10 minutes from the grocery stores. The condo is beautifully decorated and we found it to be just perfect for our family!

Beautiful Slice of Heaven

The condo had everything you would need and was very well laid out and decorated. It was very pet friendly and super close to the beach and shops and restaurants. Very clean, very oranized and well stocked.
