THE PERFECT LOCATION
The sights and sounds of the coast await you at this cozy condo. Put on your flip-flops, kick back, and enjoy this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in the heart of Carolina Beach, by the boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance, including beaches, arcades, local restaurants, festivals, fishing charters, boat rentals, and shopping! Explore Fort Fisher and the North Carolina Aquarium or simply relax at home from your private balcony!

THE SPACE
We have contracted a professional Cleaning Service and a professional Linen Service to ensure your stay is totally enjoyable. Your fresh, crisp, clean linens will be placed in each bedroom. Linens included per bedroom are: queen size sheet set with pillow cases; 2 shower towels; 2 hand towels, 2 bath cloths.

With that... we cannot honor early arrivals or late departures because of the scheduling conflicts that would arise. Additionally, the electronic lock is programmed to reset upon check-in and check-out.

Remember to bring your own beach supplies: chairs, coolers, towels, etc.

GUEST ACCESS
You have access to the whole condo and the in-ground pool (pool: May-September).

There are two tandem (bumper to bumper) parking spots reserved for you beneath the building. There are also paid parking lots located next to the condo (free to park in the winter months). *see photo

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Dolphin Kisses is fully furnished so that you can sit back and relax.

There are several items that you may/should pack and bring with you:
- Beach Supplies: Beach towels, chairs, sunblock, toys, etc.
- Toiletries: personal items, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.
- Food & beverages, including coffee (per HOA rules... no grilling on the balcony)
- Paper products: If you don't fancy doing dishes, you should bring disposable
paper plates, cups, utensils.
- Miscellaneous: laundry detergent, softener/dryer sheets

Cleaning & Storage of Beach Stuff: As much as we love sand beneath our toes, it's not quite as pleasant inside the condo. Please, please, please do not bring sandy items into the condo.

An outdoor shower & faucet are located on the right/south side of Building A, near the trash receptacle (aka dumpster), for you to rinse the sand off of your chairs, coolers, toys, etc. Additionally. there is a storage room in that same building (code is available in Welcome Book) for you to store your beach stuff.

The condo was nice. Waking distance to the beach. Other than the music from the Taco place on Fri Saturday and Sunday nights it was quiet and we enjoyed it. I would stay again with just us/and older kids but just too hard with a baby.

I have to say this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at! I am so impressed. Property management is top notch. We will definitely be returning here. Thank yall so much for a fabulous weekend

Our family had an amazing stay here. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable for check in. The beds were all comfortable and we had enough sleep room for a family of five. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. Plus, it is close to all of the attractions of Carolina Beach. We enjoyed being close to iconic Britt’s, the boardwalk, Nellie’s, the SeaWitch, and Gulfstream Restaurants. We had quality time with nice family walks at all hours and felt pretty safe. It’s also not far from the aquarium, Fort Fisher, and the attractions of the city of Wilmington. Our hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to our next stay there. Thank you to these super hosts!

Overall it was a very nice condo that met our needs. I highly recommend that the listing information better disclose the bedding type for the secondary bedroom. There are no pictures of this bedroom on the listing. It is (technically) a queen/twin - BUT the twin is a bunkbed and stairs have to be climbed. Plus the twin bed squeaks every time the person moves in the bed (needs to be bolted to the wall). My daughter gave up in the middle of the first night and slept on the couch. I would also suggest a few more instructions be added to the welcome book - like how to actually access the beach, how to properly use the fans, and how to change the door code,(it was originally a 10 digit phone number until we realized there were instructions on the back of the door for how to change it). The host was extremely responsive to our questions and overall it's a great condo across the street from the beach - NOT on the beach and there is no beach view from this condo.
