“We booked this hotel at the very last minute and it completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself looks new and in great condition. Becky, the front desk agent, was extremely welcoming and gave us a run down of everything. Check in was smooth and easy. “An honest take on our week at the Marriott courtyard Carolina Beach. We checked in and had to sit and wait for somebody to come mop the floor because the room was still dirty barely got into the room a little after 4pm. One of the two elevators was broke down the entire week creating long lines and long wait times and frustrated guests, including us. “I live with ny daughter and 5 children. So when i get away for 1 day i love to take a bath. The bathtub in room 204 would not plug. I figured out how to makeshift...but this needs fixed. All staff was pleasant especially Chelsea the one who greeted and checked me in when i arrived. Very personable”
