House Rules
-No pets
-No smoking on the property premises (including inside the unit, in the stairwell, on the deck/patio, or on the property grounds). Violating this rule will cause a $500 additional cleaning fee.
-No parties or events
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-The HOA must have access to the unit the first Thursday of every month for a routine pest control treatment. This is typically in the morning but potentially could be variable. It should only take a few minutes. If there are no guests present at the time of their arrival, then the HOA/pest crew shall have the right to use a code to enter and treat the unit and will lock up afterwards. If they are not allowed entrance, I am charged a $75 fee and that will be passed on to you.
