The space
This newly updated condo boasts fresh coastal modern decor throughout, smart TV's in each room and a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking a breeze. Sit on the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink while watching the waves wash over the sand. Make a splash in the community pool when you're ready for a break from the beach. Outdoor shower and picnic tables are shared by the Condo community for you and your guests to use as well.

. Only one (1) car per unit during high season (May 27th, 2022 to September 5th, 2022). Two (2) cars per unit allowed during off season.
Other things to note
HOA prohibits smoking of any kind inside or outside on any balcony due to fire hazards no exceptions.

This is a first floor condo located above parking area and there may be noise from other units around/above our unit potentially heard. *Short staircase to access the condo. No Elevator on site.
