  • Il nostro condominio è all'ultimo piano con una fantastica vista sull'oceano e solo un paio di minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia! Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale sono entrambi nella parte anteriore dell'unità e si affacciano su un ponte di dimensioni doppie che si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. La camera degli ospiti e la cucina si affacciano sul ponte, sulla piscina di acqua salata e sulla via navigabile intracoastal! I vicini sono una combinazione di gente del posto che vive nelle loro unità e molti sono anche affittuari come te, quindi tutti sono cordiali e felici di essere in spiaggia! Unisciti a noi!

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean and had puzzles my daughter could put together. There was plenty of toliet paper, paper towels and soap to use for the week.

I’ve stayed here the past four summers. It’s an exceptional location. The condo is clean, well-maintained, aptly furnished, and with beautiful view of both the ocean and intercoastal. The building is quiet and also well-maintained. You will enjoy staying here.

We had a great stay. This property is centrally located with amazing ocean and inlet views. Be mindful it does not have elevators.

Mark was a great host, very communicative and helpful. The place is in a great spot, you can see the beach from the front porch, and the sunset and lake from the back porch. Walkable distance to almost everything, including the beach, near by coffee shops, and the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach + Inter-Coastal Condo

Clean, well stocked, tidy, quiet — and with easy access to both the beach and inter-coastal waterway (plus balconies overlooking both) — this is our fav spot in all CB!

If you’re able to hike up six flights of stairs, the views are definitely worth it. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the canal. The two decks with two beautiful views were fabulous! It’s only a 3 minute walk to the public beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable; no issues there whatsoever. The water pressure and temperature in the showers were great after a long day at the beach. We stayed here for 6 weeks and happily stay again.

Perfect views of the ocean and harbor

A perfect spot for our annual friend getaway — we loved the layout, cleanliness, location just steps from the beach…and the two sizable balconies, with views of the sun rising over the ocean and of the sun setting over the harbor. Before we checked out this year, we’d already booked again for next year!

Beach condo stay

It was a good stay an older building but remodeled well. The stairs kicked our butts though but it gave us a good view of the ocean. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend again. Mark was good at setting us up. Thanks

Great start to summer

Mark is a great host and easy to work with. When we first arrived, the cleaning service had not been to the condo. Mark got it taken care of quickly. The views are great! Quick walks to get set up on the beach, and easy walks on the beach or the road to get to anything you are looking for.

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time. The condo was very nice and clean. Super easy check in. The owner was great with communication. He was super helpful. Condo is right across from the beach. Close to all attractions. Linens and cooking supplies were great. The beds were very comfortable. The decks in front and back were very spacious and nice for relaxing on. Highly recommend this location. We will definitely be back.

Ahhhh the beach. It is a time for relaxation and boy were we able to relax. The condo is a very short distance from two different beach access points. Easy to carry all your beach equipment for a full day at the beach. The condo itself offers everything that you will need to make your stay easier. Check-in process was seamless and the owners answer any questions very quickly. There was an issue with the internet during our stay and they went above and beyond what we would have expected to get the issue fixed. They drove several hours to meet with the technician, in order for us to have interest and TV. We've had issues at other places before and the host usually asked if we could meet the service tech. Mark made sure to make the drive and spend a better part of the day in the area, all so we would not miss any beach time. That's going above and beyond. The condo is on the 3rd floor, but it is worth it in order to be able to sit on the porch in the mornings and evenings and see the waves crashing.

We will be returning

The title of "newly furnished " is misleading, at least in our opinion. The bedroom furniture seems like 2nd hand store purchases and the couches are extremely discolored. We love the location. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool offers a different option to cool off. We've stayed at this complex for years and parking is always an issue, but we know this and plan ahead with supplies and limit our time driving out for things. The steps will get you, but the view is great.The beds are comfortable and the kitchen provides you with what you need. Laundry is always a great resource. This condo does have ceiling fans in both bedrooms, which always helps.We enjoyed our stay enough that we've already booked for next summer. This is a solid 4 and could easily go up to a 5.

Marvelllous place to stay and near everything but...

The view is magnificent on both sides of the condo. The condo is very well decorated. Mark, the owner, responds quickly to various requests. BUT... We stayed the first three weeks of July 2022. The condo was very dirty. We had to clean everything, an hour and a half a day, for two weeks. We had a real week of vacation left. The pool was not maintained properly. The water looked like milk. The smell of marijuana often wafted through the air along with the cigar. We allow ourselves to register this comment because we advised Mark before writing it. We hope changes will be made because the potential is there.

Great stay!

Check in was quick & easy! The condo was clean and very welcoming, we felt relaxed right away. The perfect room for a family of 3. Linens were included, as well as essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, dish liquid, and dishwasher tablets). Bare essentials for cookware and utensils included as well. Fairly quiet outside of no4mal neighbor noises. The public Beach accesses were very close by, and a beach market with yummy coffee just a quick walk away. Parking was good, no issues finding a spot during our stay. Thank you for a great condo!

Perfect beach condo

The condo was wonderful. We could watch the sunrise from one deck and the sunset from the other! Beach access very close and the pool was very nice. Will definitely stay again!
