The property not only has ocean views but is steps away from Granny's Country Kitchen and the Ocean Tiki Bar and Grill. But if you don't want to go out, you will surely enjoy the wonderfully new and remodeled kitchen with everything you need to explore your inner chef.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom. The living room provides additional bedding with a standard sleeper sofa and a twin bed in a convenient nook. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide a fabulous space to socialize with family and friends while enjoying games, puzzles, and old family stories when you aren't catching a wave or sunbathing on the beach.

Welcome to "Ocean Breeze at Sea Colony", perfectly situated in a family favorite condominium complex! Known for it's well kept grounds with BBQ grills and picnic tables, oceanfront salt water swimming pool and deck, and private beach access, Sea Colony provides an inviting recreational area with a large grassy area for the enjoyment of all guests.

While visiting Carolina Beach during the summer, make sure to visit the Boardwalk, it has fun for all ages, or take in a movie at the lake on Sunday evenings and no one should go home without trying Britt's Donuts, it's located on the Boardwalk. The NC Aquarium at nearby Kure Beach is open all year, the kids especially enjoy the touching pond.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
