Altamente desiderabile posizione fronte oceano. Portico anteriore della sedia a dondolo. La casa è di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 1/2. Include 2 letti matrimoniali e 2 letti singoli. Wifi gratis. La proprietà elencata è la suite del piano inferiore. Questa casa ha un cortile paesaggistico professionale e un parcheggio. Siamo a pochi isolati dal Boardwalk che vanta numerosi negozi e ristoranti. A pochi isolati da casa si trova la Marina con partenze giornaliere per charter di pesca, crociere al tramonto, crociere con cena e noleggio barche. Abbiamo una zona di risciacquo sul ponte posteriore. Inoltre, sul ponte posteriore forniamo una griglia. Tutti i letti e i mobili sono nuovi di zecca. Forniamo tutta la biancheria. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutte le pentole, padelle, tazze e utensili necessari. Include anche una nuovissima lavastoviglie inossidabile, piano cottura e frigorifero. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV via cavo con schermo piatto a parete! Forniamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale nella lavanderia. Questa casa è molto pulita e può essere una vacanza perfetta.

Ocean front paradise

Our staycation was everything we wanted and more!! The owners/ Property managers are so on their game with their property. From the layout to the stocked kitchen. It was a glorious week and will def stay with them again!

Sufficient

First of all we were asked at minimum 6 times how many people were staying. It starts to get a little much after the first 3. In my opinion you are going to start losing honest people who take care of a rental as ifs their own with the fear of having too many people staying. We have vacationed many times over the years and NEVER have we only had one towel per person. That’s just crazy. The “grill” is laughable. That should not even be considered useable. In one of your pics (attached) of the property it definitely shows an actual grill. Your rental has the basics but lacks hospitality. The “Beach chair rental” we were told they were coming from a rental service and they would be 40 (2) and then when we arrived and asked about the chairs the price changed to 60 AND the chairs looked like someone just grabbed a couple of spare chairs from their backyard and brought them over. We could have bought chairs cheaper and they would have been new! One of the chairs had a can of tobacco in the pocket and the strap to clip to hold the chair together ripped off when I tried to use it. Cleanliness was ok. There was trash and dirt under the master bathroom vanity and bed. The AIR RETURN(pic attached) in the dining area was filthy. AH

Awesome location and stay.

The location of this beach house is perfect. Steps to the beach without having to deal with parking, close to boardwalk and restaurants and close to life guard station for extra eyes on family. Our beachfront was never crowded. The house was very clean and all as advertised- you only need to bring your own beach towels. The owners communicated very quickly. A very nice time for family. We will absolutely return.

Perfect beach house!

We just love this house! Especially the oceanside porch! The house is cozy yet plenty of room for 5 of us! Great kitchen, bedrooms and you can't beat the short walk right to the beach! We have already booked for next year!

Overall everything was great, only issue was there are nails sticking up on the walkway to the beach and 2 people cut their feet on them. Other than that it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Great area

The property is very nice and well maintained. We were a little disappointed with the upstairs unit rented out. We understand that staying below others can come with noise but we were very upset that there was banging until 4:30am coming from above us. Additionally, the check in process could be more efficient. The hosts did call and explain the process but we were told they could not text us the information to refer back to, which was a little frustrating. We arrived after the check in time and the cleaners were still there and we ended up folding all of the towels ourselves. Overall it is a great location and love Carolina Beach, but could have been better.

Feels like home

We’ve stayed here more than once and it’s great! The layout is ideal for everyone to have their own space and the common areas are comfortable and ready for recreation - I especially love the big dining table. Thanks for hosting!

Spotless lovely beach house obviously well cared for in both design and cleanliness. The front yard and the access to the beach made our stay easy for this older grandma and her grandkids. Brian was so easy to communicate with and so friendly... well be back! Thanks.

Gorgeous Beach house

We had an incredible stay here. Walking distance to the board walk, but far enough away from the crowds. We had the beach to ourselves each day. Even on the weekends. Walking distance to restaurants as well. Make sure you bring beach towels, there are none included. We also just bought beach chairs at Publix, worked out great.

As advertised - right on the beach.

Everything was as advertised. Open access to the beach and a nice back yard area behind the property to relax. A lovely place. Remember that there are two levels. The floor between is not so soundproofed. You will hear the folks above.I cannot recommend the host - Brian. We arrived after 3pm, and when it was time to turn in for the night we realised the blind in the girls’ room did not close. It looked out to the neighbour’s property. My husband called at 8pm and was insulted for calling at the late hour. My grandkids and I heard the exchange and I physically cut the phone conversation that was so upsetting to us all. Even after a period of time to rethink, Brian texted my husband the next day with insults to his mental health.I

Amazing Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean and had the basics for your stay. The location was incredible, you just had to walk up the wooden walkway to get to the beach, and we couldn't have been happier with the proximity! There's a cute little coffee shop nearby that we went to for coffee in the mornings. I highly recommend watching the sunrise from the end of the walkway and taking a stroll to grab coffee if you're an early riser!

Nice house, not family friendly

House was nice and clean, there’s nothing to do with the family, the cleaning people they use told us that they don’t know why families go there because all there is to do is drink and lay in the sun. Cut our stay 5 days short.

Love the beach access!

It was a very nice space and love that the beach is right out the back door! Lovely outdoor space and spacious inside. Only negatives are I wish there were more pillows and extra blankets and if there are guests staying upstairs you can hear each step they take. Otherwise throughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!!

The owners were incredibly nice and the property was absolutely perfect!! Incredible beach and sunsets!! Lots of pelican watching and we even saw some dolphins!!!! I would absolutely rent here again!!!

Beautiful home, right on the beach!

Our first trip to Carolina Beach was one to remember! This home was top-notch and fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook, clean up after yourself and relax. A very cozy and inviting home all around with comfortable beds and furniture. And so, so clean. I’ve never stayed at an oceanfront home before and I absolutely loved that. Is there anything worse than going to the beach (with kids) and having to deal with sand in the car?? At this home, you won’t have to! The hosts were so friendly and communicated very well, which makes the process just so much easier. The location is great too! Just a short drive from the boardwalk area. I personally liked having the little bit of distance from the busier in town area. I felt so at home here and can’t wait to come back!

Great stay, right on the beach

Great lower level stay at Carolina Beach. The check in process was very simple and the communication from the owner was above and beyond what was expected. Tons of room, very comfortable beds and great walkway to beach. Would love to come back and stay over the summer. No issues, and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Carolina Beach.
