Welcome to Ocean Vibes! Gorgeous condo on the beach awaits you for your next

fun filled family vacation! This condo has everything you need for a perfect

beach getaway.

Condo Layout:

3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 7.



Top floor walkup unit.

Living room: seating area with TV.

Laundry: Full Washer and Dryer in closet.

First Bedroom: Twin bed, Queen bed, TV.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, TV.

Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with walk in shower.

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, attached bath with walk-in shower.



Parking for 2 cars: 2 cars with 2 parking passes. This condo complex does have

tandem parking. Therefore, these spaces are located one in front of the other,

which means that the person in the back has to move their car if the person in

the front space wants to pull out. You must provide your cell phone number on

your parking pass and move your vehicle if requested by another guest.

Arrival/Departure:

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

Check-In: 4:00.

Check-Out: 10:00AM.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is

available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal

cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Things to Do:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the

nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to

Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the

Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the

day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up

early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp

boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach

Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round! Registered Guests Must

Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom

groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent

yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced.

Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund

will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.

NO Smoking inside, outside or in common areas downstairs.

This property gets 5 stars on location alone. It is right at the beach with a perfect view from the deck. You can walk to the boardwalk along the beach. The main living/dining room is spacious. The bathrooms are nice.

Wonderful balcony for a chilly spring trip!

Balcony made our windy spring beach trip perfect! Three flights of stairs is manageable. Pack in several lighter bags to make trips up the steps easier.

Birthday celebration

My twin and his celebrated our 50th and I wanted a convenient location on the beach. The view was spectacular, we were on a private beach so wasn’t crowded. We had a pool which was absolutely wonderful. House was clean, beds we’re comfortable. I give this place 5 stars.

As advertised and more....

I hesitate to give this place a good review because if it becomes popular it might not be available to us in the future. Good food within walking distance (we parked on Saturday and didn't look at our car for a week). Keep in mind there are 42 steps to the top, and no elevator. Your calves will by in shape by the end of the week.
