Per un'esperienza davvero fantastica sulla spiaggia, vieni a soggiornare nel nostro condominio con vista sull'oceano a Carolina Beach. Entrerai e dirai "Wow" quando vedrai cosa abbiamo fatto. E quando noterai tutte le finestre e i cursori che si affacciano sull'oceano, capirai perché pensiamo che questo sia il miglior condominio di tutta l'isola. I panorami sono incredibili!

Questo è un condominio al terzo piano (ultimo piano) con ampie vedute di tutta la spiaggia. Abbiamo tre camere da letto, 2 bagni completi, un grande ponte lato oceano, un balcone sulla camera da letto principale di fronte all'ingresso e un altro balcone sulla seconda camera da letto che guarda verso l'oceano. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto a parete e il master ha anche una grande TV a schermo piatto a parete. nel soggiorno. Abbiamo Wifi, un lettore DVD, DVD, giochi e libri per il tuo divertimento. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha letti a castello - due letti gemelli in alto e un letto full size in basso. Ha anche un nuovo divano letto matrimoniale estraibile nel soggiorno.

Siamo una piccola isola ma con molte cose divertenti da fare: l'Acquario NC, il Museo della Guerra Civile di Fort Fisher, il nostro famoso lungomare, due pontili per la pesca, Britts Donuts (un'istituzione dal 1939), Squigly's Ice Cram Shop e Freeman Park - dove puoi guidare e accamparti proprio sulla spiaggia. The unit was nice and spacious, and in a good location- close to shopping and restaurants. The only somewhat negative (or more inconvenient is probably more accurate) things are:- the parking is not ideal as there is room for only two vehicles and maneuvering in/out of the designated parking spots is somewhat cumbersome when all units are occupied. There is also no available street parking.- there were no complimentary bars of soap or body wash in either bathroom so bring your own or be prepared to run out to the closest grocery store

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

My husband, my sister and her husband and my 2 children stayed the week. We had an absolutely amazing stay and if we were at the house you would only find us on the deck staring at the ocean. We got up every morning to watch the sunrise right from there. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. The place was very clean and VERY bright. No need to turn the lights on during the day. The natural light takes care of that.

Can't beat the view and the condo is well appointed and spacious!! We really lucked out that the MAJOR beach construction moved out from the front of our condo just down the beach the day we arrived. According to people who had been there for 2 weeks, we were very lucky as they worked all day and throughout the night. Communication regarding the construction on the beach as well as the house being built next door would have been appropriate as other renters had been notified and compensated for the inconvenience. That being said- great location and great condo.

This is a clean property, needing some touch up: paint, caulk, stovetop light. It is in a good location. Well equipped kitchen, tho there is no functioning can opener.

This rental is basically clean and is ample room for 5.-6. We had 7 which was allowed, but a bit cramped. The queen bed mattress was such that you rolled into the middle to each other so one adult slept on the couch. It is better for one adult. Other beds were fine. It took three times at 40-50 minutes to dry a load of beach towels. A new dryer is definitely needed. Drain in the smaller bathroom sink does not drain very fast. You need to remove the drain plug. Very basics in kitchen but sufficient. Other units can have dogs so be prepared for that. There are 42 steps to this teThe view is wonderful.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great mini vacation. The views cannot be beat and the beach was awesome. Very little people on the beach granted it was early May. The location is super convenient for all we intended to do. Hang Ten Grill has an amazing burger, Buzz’s Roost has some really good food despite the appearance inside and driving into Wilmington for Tarantelli’s is an absolute must!

Mimis-place was fantastic. Right on the beach. Just a short private walk way and you're in the water. Comfy beds and all the acutrimemts of home. A1 Property Mngmnt was great to work with! Aj was quick to return any calls or texts with any questions i had. Will definitely be back!
