VISTA OCEANA a bizzeffe! Questo condominio di lusso OCEAN FRONT 6 camere da letto e 5 bagni è perfettamente situato su una bella spiaggia ampia con accesso alla spiaggia adiacente alla casa. C'è un posto di salvataggio in quel punto di accesso che è fantastico per una maggiore sicurezza. Alcune delle favolose funzionalità includono un ASCENSORE privato, pianta del piano rovesciato, mobile bar, frigorifero per il vino, frigorifero per bevande, banconi della cucina in granito con enorme bar dell'isola e 3 ponti privati. Caffetteria formidabile (fanno anche hamburger incredibili), così come un parcheggio pubblico extra, sono direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Situato a pochi isolati dalla città e dal lungomare, dove troverete numerose opzioni per lo shopping, i ristoranti e l'intrattenimento. Tutte le camere sono dotate di smart TV o TV con Roku.
L'ultimo piano ha un bellissimo, ampio, piano piano aperto con cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e mobile bar tutti sotto i soffitti della cattedrale e con spettacolari viste sull'oceano. Ci sono porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su un ponte con un tavolo all'aperto per mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi godendosi la vista e i suoni dell'oceano. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano a forma di L di fronte a un grande schermo TV con Sonos 5. 1 suono surround. Sempre all'ultimo piano è una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e balcone privato con vista sulla parte di ingresso della Carolina Beach del canale navigabile inter-costiero. Accanto c'è una camera da letto con un letto a castello matrimoniale con rotelle che può facilmente ospitare 5 bambini piccoli o 3 più grandi. Quella camera da letto condivide un bagno completo con il corridoio. C'è un Wii in una stanza e una Xbox nell'altra.
Al piano inferiore ci sono due lussuose camere da letto matrimoniali con vista sull'oceano e un ponte in comune. Ognuno ha un bagno padronale privato. A questo livello si trova una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale con rotelle e un divano letto con rotelle con un ponte privato con vista sul canale navigabile costiero. Accanto a questo c'è una camera da letto con un letto a castello con un doppio sotto e singolo in alto. Anche la lavanderia è a questo livello con lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale sovrapposte di dimensioni standard. Ascensore privato e funzionante dal piano terra agli ultimi due piani.
Parcheggio per 6 auto, 4 coperti, una doccia esterna e un armadio con sdraio / giocattoli / biciclette.

The property was wonderful - right on the beach, well located and in good condition. We had plenty of room for everyone and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony for happy hour or the sunrise. The host was very responsive and we would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful trip. Wonderful memories were made. The location is perfect for a large beach loving family. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We enjoyed the many balconies and the large gathering space. Communication with the host couldn't be better or faster. Considering a repeat visit next summer. Loved.

The house was so perfect for our family, the elevator was very convenient for groceries and elderly parents. The Location was perfect! The views were breathtaking! The host responded with all my questions almost immediately!The coffee shop across the street is also a plus for coffee and Breakfast! Look forward to staying here again!

Great Family Trip!

What a beautiful property. Right on the beach! Host was extremely responsive before/during the trip and made the vacation stress free. There was a little Convenience store across the street with take out options. The unit had toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Our group had 4 adults and 4 children between the ages 7-12 and there were plenty of games to keep them busy. We had an amazing family vacation and we will definitely book again.

Great sewing week!

My group of friends with an interest in various forms of sewing escaped to Carolina Beach for a relaxing week of sewing! This home is light filled and met our needs perfectly! Well stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals “at home” and relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean! Will rent again!

Perfect for girls weekend

This was the perfect house for our twice a year girl's weekend! The house was so spacious! There were 8 of us, and we all had our own bed. The house was super clean when we arrived, and our host was always available by text. We all loved the house and will definitely be back!

The most accommodating host ever

Amy was the most accommodating host we have EVER had the pleasure to book with. We got married in Carolina Beach and Amy was so lovely and accommodating for our wedding weekend. We stayed here with our wedding party and everyone was quite pleased with the stay. Beautiful home with breath taking views. Close to the center of Carolina beach! Perfect for a group. Neighborhood was quiet. Amy was approachable throughout our stay. Book this stay! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Views

This property was an excellent stay. The views were phenomenal. The property was conveniently located directly next to beach access and within walking distance of the boardwalk. The property provided everything you could think of needing -- especially beach gear. I was particularly impressed that the owners provided a pack and play at our request for a family member that was traveling internationally with her baby. We were particularly suprised at how much we enjoyed having access to the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this property!

Family Wedding!

Outstanding! Bright, welcoming and very well equipped ocean front home. The hostess, Amy, has provided everything you need to just check in and relax! Kitchen supplies, linens, beach chairs and comfortable beds make this the perfect spot to share with family! We would definitely rent again!

Beach House Bliss

WOW! We absolutely LOVED this property. There were two families for spring break. We had five kids between the two families, ages ranging from 12-19. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Two king size oceanfront masters was INCREDIBLE and very hard to find. The younger boys loved having an xbox in their room, too. The property is the top two floors of the pink house in the photos. The pictures do not do it justice as the views are absolutely breathtaking. There's even an elevator for getting all your stuff up and down. For added convenience there is a little grocery store/restaurant right across the street, and we used that quite a bit for lunches or breakfast sandwiches. Amy was wonderful to us, and we cannot wait to stay here again. The only downside we had was not one in anyone's control and that was the condo across the street had siding being replaced, so for three or four of the days the crew was there early and loud, but stuff like that is to be expected on the off season. The condo itself was perfection, and we had just the best trip together. Even on the rainiest day we still had a great time touring the Battleship NC.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We celebrated our Thanksgiving a week early with our adult kids. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us to spread out and have some privacy. And more than enough space in the living and dining area to hang out together. There is lots of seating at the dining room table and in the living room. The couch is very comfy. And those views! The views are absolutely stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a big family. There are extra drink/wine fridges to store soft drinks and wine. There is a cabinet full of games and puzzles, which we took advantage of. The host quickly answered all my questions and even ordered some extra serving utensils to ensure we had all we needed for our big Thanksgiving meal together. I hope this vacation rental will become our Thanksgiving home for years to come.

Beautiful house, beautiful ocean views

We stayed here for 4 nights, and we totally fell in love with the place. We were there for a tennis tournament and everyone had plenty of room. We loved hanging out on the decks which had plenty room for all and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. These decks are well covered, so even when it rained we could still enjoy being outside. The bedrooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. We loved the house had a shuffleboard that we enjoyed during the wet weather, and there were plenty of board games as well. The elevator helped us bring all our stuff inside, but it was slow lol. We didn’t have to use it much except when there was luggage involved. Amy was very responsive and she was kind enough to offer us an extension when it seemed like the tourney may get extended well past it’s supposed completion time due to weather, but it didn’t come to that. We liked there were plenty of restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a few of those, especially Flaming Amy’s. Overall I highly recommend this place and would love to be back here for our next vacation.

Perfect Friends Getaway

My friends and I absolutely loved this house. I rented the house for a long weekend with 9 friends, most were traveling from the Midwest and had never been here before. Everyone loved the house and location of the house. We all had plenty of space and the most beautiful views of the ocean. Being right next to the public access was a huge bonus. There were plenty of chairs, bikes, beach stuff - whatever we needed. Amy was an extremely accommodating host, and made sure we had everything we needed, which we did, and more! I would absolutely rent this house again and recommend 10/10!
