    Dal momento in cui metti piede sui pavimenti in legno di ciliegio brasiliano o posi la testa sulla biancheria da letto in stile egiziano ti sentirai viziato dalla testa ai piedi.

    Inizia la giornata sorseggiando un caffè mentre ammirate le magnifiche viste sull'oceano dal balcone all'ultimo piano. Quindi, tramite la nostra passerella privata, goditi un'esperienza di spiaggia privata. Oppure, goditi un tuffo nella nostra piscina recintata recentemente rinnovata. Non dimenticare le tue racchette da tennis, goditi una partita o due nei nostri campi da tennis!

    Ottieni il meglio da entrambi i mondi. Le viste sull'oceano dal balcone del soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale o dal portico anteriore guardano le barche che navigano nell'Intracoastal Waterway mentre attraccano al porto turistico.

    Cosa viene fornito per ogni noleggio per quanto riguarda biancheria, asciugamani da bagno e articoli da toeletta?

    Ogni letto all'interno della proprietà sarà completo di lenzuola, federe, e una coperta e / o consolatore all'arrivo. Ogni bagno completo è dotato di almeno 1 grande telo da bagno a persona, 1 asciugamano per persona e un tappetino da bagno. Forniamo teli mare per la spiaggia e / o piscina. La biancheria verrà servita da personale Tranquility e Carolina Beach al momento della partenza. Ogni bagno avrà una fornitura iniziale di sapone per le mani e carta igienica. Ogni cucina avrà una scorta iniziale di asciugamani di carta e sacchi della spazzatura.

    Quale servizio di pulizia offre Tranquility?

    Ogni casa in affitto verrà pulita prima del check-in e dopo il check-out e la partenza. Questo è programmato al momento della prenotazione ed è richiesto. We recently stayed at this beach house for two weeks, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. Right from the start, we were impressed by how impeccably clean the property was. Traveling with three kids means we prefer to make a lot of our own meals, and the kitchen exceeded our expectations—it was wonderfully well-equipped and made cooking a breeze.Our days were happily divided between relaxing by the pool and playing down at the beach. The location also made it incredibly easy to get out and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We had a great time checking out the local Carolina Beach events, and the Saturday farmer's market quickly became a weekend highlight for us.If you are looking for a spotless, comfortable home base with great amenities and easy access to local fun, we cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay at the Tranquility was nice and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Condo was nice and clean and had everything you needed from sheets and bedding to everything you need to have a great day at the beach! The pool was well kept and very relaxing. Getting to the beach is a bit of a walk to get to. It's about a 10 minute walk although you do have a nice walkway that goes over the marsh to get to the beach, you cross over the road and through dunes and you have your own little piece of paradise. It was nice not having people on top of you! That made up for the walk there and back! I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed ocen view between the buildings. The beach is vehicle accessible for savvy 4x4... Place was clean, air conditioner worked but was not on when arrived. Easy fix... thsnks for your time and place ro enjoy a great weekend

Great quick getaway place. Perfect for couples wanting a quick get away to the beach. 5min drive to Carolina beach boardwalk. 5 min drive to freeman park and 4x4 driving on the beach. 10 min walk across pretty boardwalk to the ocean. The actual apartment is 3rd level, does not seem to have elevators, so must be mobile to get upstairs with luggage. View is of the parking lot, but you can see water in the distance and between buildings. Well furnished and AC works great! Hot tub and pool just a quick 3 min walk! The houses surrounding the apt. are gorgeous and well worth a walk through the neighborhood. Very beachy vibes.

Overall decent place to stay at Carolina Beach!

Unit was not as well maintained as it appears in the photos. Fire alarm had no battery, dryer squeaked really loud and the sitting area furniture and mattresses were uncomfortable. Even so, the overall area was very nice and we enjoyed our week. Be prepared for a very long walk to the beach!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The short walk to the beach and pool were perfect. It definitely was nice to have the beach wagon to haul all our stuff! We loved being close to everything (boardwalk, restaurants) but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. My 4 year old twins had a blast and loved the bunkbeds! Thanks for creating a perfect getaway!

Lovely Setting

The property needs a little work the main issue was the flooring. Every time you took a step the floor would crackle and snap. Overall the place had everything you could possibly need. Beach cart which was a little old but came in very helpful. There were beach chairs, pool towels, fishing gear, you name it they had it. This is probably the first place I’ve stayed at that had almost everything you needed. I love the marsh land so nice just to sit on the walkway and watch the sunrise. The community was nice, well everyone was nice that was a surprise. We really enjoyed ourselves and the local foods was great. If you’re into Thai foods(pho) the one we enjoyed was Pho cafe small but cheap and delicious. The A+ smoothie shop was also very good. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful area

This property has some pros and cons. The pros include: lovely area with great third floor views, quick walk to the beach, great pool, newly painted condo, clean condo, responsive owner, and wine refrigerator. The cons include the bed in the second bedroom. It was not really comfortable for adults. In addition, we had a few things not working properly like one fan and one TV. Owner was made aware. We did not request a fix because we were only staying for a four nights. Owner responsive to those issues. I would say the biggest negative for me was the second bed. It was a bunk bed with a metal frame and a full size mattress on the bottom. However, it was really suited for kids and not two adults. The mattress was just not comfortable. It had no box spring and I don’t think I saw a bunkie board. I could be wrong about the bunkie board because I only lifted it briefly. Either way I finally had to sleep on the couch the last night because I just couldn’t get comfortable on that mattress which had absolutely no support. I think kids or teens would be fine. The second bedroom could also use a few more hangers. Once again - if you want a private location and the ability to walk to both a pool and the beach plus look out at gorgeous views this may be the place for you. I also recommend a drive to Fort Fisher state park. It was lovely.

We went on a two day charter fishing trip. The fishing trip was GREAT and we came home and relaxed. It was easy to shop for food and drinks. They were really close.

Worst rental experience in 20 years at Carolina Beach

We booked this with the intention of working part of the week. As soon as we arrived the internet was out, and was not fixed until Monday afternoon - an only after my husband spent 2.5 hours with the cable guy and missed the afternoon on the beach with us. We missed 3 days of work, in addition to having to stream our own internet and utilize our own data plan (which costs us additional money. The owners response was "i'm glad they were able to get it working for you." No thank you for anything. Had we not done this, they would have been forced to drive down to fix it or continue to deal with the issue with future tenants. If you plan to work while here, or use internet at all, FIND A NEW PLACE. the cable guy said it would likely go out again and they need a new line. He also said there was no way this was the first time there was an issue. The front wheel on the beach cart is completely bent and the handle is about to fall off from rust. We never did find the beach chairs that come with the place, unless you mean the camping chairs that were in the closet. No one wanted to use the the master bathroom shower because it instantly clogged when the water turned on from previous renters hair and sand. I refuse to clean that out myself from someone else's rental. The table has a sticky film on it from something that the cleaners or another renter used. You never have to worry about spilling a glass bc it literally sticks to the table (along with everything else). There is no way that the cleaners vacuumed the floor prior to our arrival, the amount of sand was so bad, that it was the first thing I did. The fan in the spare room was broken, and we had to wipe the washer where mold was growing around the rim. The place just needs some TLC. We have rented for over 20 years in CB area and never had these gross issues, especially when you advertise this place to be a spa like vacation.

Booked property as last minute adventure with family. Advertisement looked very clean and accommodating but advertisementWe're deceiving. Upon arrival, we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the property. The dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were dirty. We opened up the sofa bed for our youngest daughter and there were food crumbs, dirt, and what seemed like things that fell out of people's pockets all over the mattress cover. Additional linens were located but most were stained and we ended up using our own blankets as top covers. The bunk bed covers also had stains. Curtains in living room did not cover ANY of the windows. Will not stay again.

Loved our stay!

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Lovely place & it had everything we needed for a weekend stay -- including beach boards & toys! The ONLY negatives: the hot tub & pool are only open from dawn to dusk beach access is actually about a 1/3 of a mile away via a boardwalk Other than this, we had a great time here & would certainly return again!

Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

This condo has a great layout and very nicely decorated. The condo was equipped with everything we could need and then some! Sharon was a pleasure to work with and very easy to get in touch with throughout the whole booking process, so nice to know your questions/concerns can be answered in a timely manner! I've stayed in Spinnaker Pointe for a number of years now and this was my first time staying in the "C" condo complex. The gated community is one of my favorite aspects of renting in Spinnaker Pointe and the ten minute walk to the beach never grows old for our family as we enjoy seeing all the wildlife along the way (crabs, lizards, birds, etc.)! If you decide to book here, I doubt you'll be disappointed!

Mini getaway

Check in was easy, we looked for the wagon that had chairs and couldn’t find it but it was a nice little place to spend the few days we were there

Needed a safe place to travel to just us girls

I needed a safe clean place to bring my daughter and her friend to be able to drive and visit UNC Wilmington. This was a fabulous choice to be able to be close to the beach and yet an easy ride to the college. I loved the private gate and the condo was perfect.

Stunningly beautiful and comfortable

We had the most amazing time celebrating our first anniversary here! The decor is so beautiful!! Hardwood floors, cozy furnishings and high quality linens made this one of the most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. Impeccable as far as cleanliness. Kitchen was perfectly apportioned as well! Weather this weekend was perfect with a cool breeze. Owners are so outgoing and kind and communicated quick responses. Easy to see how much care and thoughtfulness went into every detail! Here for beach music festival. Very convenient. We will definitely be back!! Thanks so much Sharon and Thomas!!!

Beach weekend

The Tranquility condo was beautiful. Even though we did not have the best weather we enjoyed our stay immensely! Can’t beat the location and amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
