  • Salt Air Cottage è un delizioso cottage a pochi isolati dal centro di Carolina Beach e dal lungomare. Dopo una giornata piena di divertimento in spiaggia, goditi la tranquillità del vicino con tutti i comfort di casa. La cucina, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno ospitano un open space perfetto per la tua famiglia per stare insieme per preparare i pasti nella cucina completamente attrezzata o semplicemente seduto a guardare la TV, ma i giovani adulti potrebbero voler controllare la camera a castello che presenta un grande schermo piatto solo per i giochi. La camera da letto principale ha 2 letti matrimoniali, una grande cabina armadio e un bagno privato, la camera da letto aggiuntiva e la camera da letto a castello condividono il bagno in corridoio. C'è una griglia a carbone e un tavolo da picnic per le cene pomeridiane, inoltre il cortile è recintato in modo che il tuo familiare a quattro zampe possa correre in giro e giocare anche, perché ci sono restrizioni per i cani sulla spiaggia da aprile a ottobre.
    Durante una vacanza a Carolina Beach, assicurati di controllare l'area Boardwalk, dove troverai negozi, ristoranti e le attività estive come fuochi d'artificio, giostre e musica dal vivo. Great property with a great location

The house was great, the neighbors were very friendly, and the trip turned out wonderful. The location of the house was really convenient to everything and took you out of the hectic boardwalk area when you wanted some quiet time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great rental!

This was our second time staying at Salt Air Cottage and again it did not disappoint. It was just the right size for our group. The air conditioning did go out late one evening but the property manager had someone out the next day and resolved the issue. Will definitely look at staying again.

First the house was so much better in person than in the photos. Great decor, great layout, LOVE the kitchen dining living area. Also very nice spaces outside and an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. We brought our dog yet did not detect a dog smell in the house. Fenced yard for ease with your pet. My only complaint is there are only full beds. Wish there was queen in the one guest and king in the master. It did not make our stay any less enjoyable though.

Spacious Family House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Salt Air Cottage worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults. The interior is very spacious and well thought out. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room allowed everyone to be part of the action in dinner prep or just lunch or snacks. The bedrooms are also spacious. We loved the outdoor shower (although the biting "no-see-ums" were ferocious). The yard is quite small but was secure for our dog, and allowed the smokers in our bunch a place to gather. The BBQ grill is old school briquette type but worked fine. There was plenty of room out front for playing outdoor games on the lawn/driveway. The location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the beach, arcade, marina, many restaurants and bars. Saw live music most nights. I would definitely recommend this property and would return. The only improvement I would make is having some area screened in to avoid the bugs (but that could have just been the time of year we were there too).

Four generations celebrating our patriarch’s 80th birthday.

The Salt Air Cottage was perfect for our two night stay to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday and fishing trip at Carolina Beach. The open floor plan and layout was exactly what we needed. We loved this charming craftsman style cottage, all the personal touches, nautical whimsey and artistic elements throughout the home. Because my dad has neuropathy and uses a cane and a walker, we needed a one-level rental or something with an elevator, or minimal steps or stairs. Salt Air Cottage certainly met our needs - one-level with one slight step into the home which enabled my dad to navigate throughout the home with relative ease. While Salt Air Cottage was about as perfect as could be, a handicap accessible shower would have made his experience 100% perfect, which is the only reason I give Salt Air Cottage an overall score of four stars. Otherwise, we truly loved our short stay at Salt Air Cottage and would definitely reserve again. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with four generations of my family.

Reviewer Comments: Salt Air Cottage is a beautiful and comfortable beach house with everything you need for a great vacation, or stay-cation in my experience. We rented for 8 weeks and it had all the comforts of home and was well stocked with dishes and cookware, comfortable clean furniture and nice big bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach and other attractions/restaurants on the Boardwalk, you can’t go wrong with this perfect cottage.

We had to vacuum to get the sad from the floors from the previous renters. It is not a 3 bedroom residence but a 2 bedroom and game room for a gamer with a very uncomfortable bed and mattress for an adult. Bryant Real Estate was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend to a friend, telling them the above first.

Fall getaway

I was able to rent this fabulous house within a few weeks of our plans to stay there. The house was beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen. We were able to walk most everywhere! The neighborhood was friendly and safe...quiet in the evenings. Furniture comfortable. Definitely would tent here again.

The kitchen had every tool you’ll need, although I bought a new ice cream scoop because the one they had broke the handle away from the scoop part. The kids LOVED the X-BOX! The only problems we had was that the dishwasher was broken. With 6 people eating, dishes were really a chore. I spent almost an hour getting hair and dirt unwrapped from around the brushes. Then I washed it out so I could use it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved my stay. I’m an extremely pick person when it comes to picking a vacation property and this place hit every mark. My only complaint (if I had one) is that the backyard looks way bigger in the pictures. However, we didn’t spend much time in the backyard. The house was extremely larger than the pictures conveyed. It had everything we needed. I did bring my ninja foodie and used that for a lot of my cooking. However, there were lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, and platters. Everything was absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to visit next year!
