  • Completamente ristrutturato (2018) 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni appartamento al secondo piano a Sand Pebbles con vista sull'oceano e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto e divano letto nel soggiorno. Zona cucina e lavanderia completamente attrezzata. TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto principale. L'unità ha anche accesso a due piscine interrate e due accessi privati alla spiaggia. Questo condominio vanta comodi arredi costieri e un layout familiare. Pleasure Island offre molte attrazioni sia naturali che commerciali. Una varietà di ristoranti (alcuni a pochi isolati da Sand Pebbles) hanno casual per i menu più esclusivi con specialità di pesce fresco ogni giorno. A Carolina Beach Marina, ci sono barche charter che offrono la pesca a noleggio (sia in mare che in mare aperto). L'acquario della Carolina del Nord e il museo di storia di Fort Fisher sono in fondo alla strada all'estremità sud dell'isola. Dall'acquario, è possibile accedere a percorsi delle maree di marea e godersi la fauna e la flora locali. Nella stessa area, troverete il traghetto da Fort Fisher a Southport. Fai una gita di un giorno a Southport storico per antichità e pranzo sul fiume. Se ami la pesca da surf, puoi raggiungere l'estremità sud di Fort Fisher dalla zona di ricreazione di Fort Fisher State in fuoristrada oa piedi. Ci sono anche accessi a trazione integrale sul lato nord di Carolina Beach a Freeman Park. Carolina Beach State Park, situato sul lato ovest dell'isola, offre chilometri di bellissimi sentieri naturali, kayak e pesca. The property was clean. We loved the pools and beach access. We only had 1 issue during our stay, the dishwasher was not working. Communication about when it would be repaired wasn't the greatest either (it did not work for our entire trip). Other than that, once the dishwasher is repaired, I would say it's the perfect place to stay.

Great vacation

I wanted a place on the beach and even though this wasn’t as beachfront as I wanted, it still gave me an ocean view and was a great place to stay. Walking distance to the board walk was a plus for us.

We had a great time. Swimming pools were clean and they test water regularly. The apartment was clean and just as described on website. We had an ocean view. The staff at Bryant Realtor were very nice and helpful. We visited the local shops and restaurants all are great. Go to the pier at Kure Beach the ocean view restaurant is great. Loved the food. Michael's restaurant was was great also. The grandbabies love the carnival and arcade. Would go back again. We went to the zoo going towards Wilmington. We ate at a restaurant in Wilmington called OnThyme it was delicious.

Our condo was clean, excellently decorated, and we had a great ocean view from the balcony. We had our own beach access relatively close to the ocean. We had all the accommodations necessary in the condo. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans, dishes, and utensils necessary if you feel like cooking. Two coffee makers. The only thing that I would recommend is less firm mattresses on the twin beds. It was like sleeping on a surfboard. Everything else was outstanding..

Spring break

The condo was immaculate! It was just my nine year old and me. Very cozy. Comfortable sectional couch and well stocked kitchen! We loved everything about the condo and definitely want the same one when we come back for next year’s spring break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sand Pebbles twice before this time and this condo by far was the best. Great views of the ocean, beautiful inside (just like the pictures online) and parking spaces that you can get in and out of (you don't have to call the guest behind you to move their car!). It's close enough to the boardwalk but you don't have all the congestion of being right beside it. Loved everything about this place.

We also had an issue with some palmetto (3) bugs over the time of our stay. Otherwise, a great stay.

The property was very clean and well appointed. We had one problem with the handle on one of the toilets not working but the maintenance man got there within a day and got it fixed. The only issue I have is that to use the beach you must use a locked gate and there is only one key fob available to open it. There need to be too as it is very inconvenient if you have people coming and going to the beach.

The first night we noticed the keurig wasn’t in the unit. I messaged Bryant Real Estate and the next day they brought us a brand new one right to our door! Service just doesn’t get any better than that! The condo was walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Great Location with Easy Access to Beach and Restaurants

Reviewer Comments: I was here to reunite with my daughter and son-in-law, who I hadn’t seen in 2 1/2 years because of living overseas in the military and Covid restrictions. We found the condo to be very comfortable and loved the easy access to the beach and area restaurants. The kitchen table was enjoyed one rainy night as we played board games I brought. We only cooked one breakfast and one dinner in, but the kitchen had all the dishes we needed (we did need to buy salt and pepper, but left them behind for the next people). My two boys joined us on separate nights, so luckily both had friends in Wilmington where we could leave their cars because of limited parking. That was a bit of a time waster, but not a deal breaker. They also said the pullout sofa could use a new mattress because the springs were digging in their backs. We also had a few Palmetto bugs, but it’s NC at the beach life! Bryant Realty was great to work with and everyone was super pleasant. I’d use them again!!

Nice Vacation Spot

It is on the second floor, with no elevator. Only concern is the parking. You park under the building and they are tight spaces and not a lot of spaces.

The maintenance guy was pretty quick to get there. He cleaned everything up & put up a shower rod & curtain. I felt we should have been reimbursed for expenses endured for medical supplies. My husband had several cuts & a couple of pretty bad gashes on his finger. No one offered to do that which I was disappointed in. They were apologetic & asked if my husband was ok.

Fun get away

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location with easy access to the beach. The porch has a view of the beach so it's a great spot for morning coffee .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was decent but felt like a bad hotel. 2 rolls of toilet paper was all that was left for guests. Inexplicably cheap! No paper towels, napkins or plastic cups for bathrooms. The charge for linen and towels was over the was all the administrative fees. You advertise the unit for X dollars per night and it actually is nowhere near that price. Never stay with you again.
