Loved that this was pet-friendly, just wish tha yard was fenced in how it looks in the photo online. The layout is great on the main floor and so open. Kitchen could use a little organizing as utensils are scattered and glasses seem to be in every cabinet.Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. When we arrived we picked up the garage door opener to find it wasn't working but maintenance came immediately to fix that issue. Ordered lots of board games since it rained the entire time but the house is in a great location, food nearby and the 3rd floor view of the ocean is nice.

Big house, views ok and needs to have more essentials. Overall stay was fine!!!

House was great size. Lots of stairs to climb which was hard. Steep. When I booked I messaged host to no response at all. Management co is great. Very responsive to questions we had. House did have odor when we checked in, musty. Let management know asap. Not many essentials stocked in house as in toilet paper, paper towels etc. kitchen was stocked well but zero garbage bags. We had to borrow some. Houses behind this house are such an eye sore and run down which was an eye sore to look at. Overall it was ok. Short walk to beach. No direct access from house. Close to ice cream place and many people walk around. Good location. No beach stuff but we left some kids shovels and things for others to use. Overall we had a good time. House is large. Beds are comfy!!!

Overall very good, called about garbage disposal and they replaced it the next day. The gas grill was very dirty when we arrived, had to burn off the grease before using, difficult to start, grill is old and is in very bad shape. compared to everything else not good needs replacing immediately.

The house was very nice, beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked very well and a lot of essentials were provided that were not listed. The only issue I had was when I originally booked the property it was supposed to have a hot tub in the back. I even screen shot the photos to send to my family to let them know what this house offered. Some of my family members had requested that be part of the property we rented. But when I emailed the host about a week before our arrival just to find out what items are available, like beach chairs, umbrella etc. Just so I would know what to pack.I also asked if the hot tub would be ready to go as soon as we got there & what would be the instructions for it. That is when I found out that it would not be available. Which as a disappointment because that was one of the reasons I booked it. But overall we enjoyed our stay. The house had nice views.

Great Beach House

The pictures and descriptions listed are exactly what you will find when you arrive. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their home, as it takes a lot of work to upkeep a beach home so well. There are a lot of steep steps, so if you have someone with mobility issues then this is not the house for you. There is also no direct access to the beach from the house, though there are options just a short walk away. Overall, this beautiful home provided a wonderful getaway.

We enjoyed our stay; however the house is very musty. Bring a diffuser and your allergy meds if you rent. Also, be sure to bring beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of beach supplies. The house is in a great location and close to everything in Carolina Beach.
