Il complesso Bluewater si trova a soli otto isolati a sud della Carolina Beach Boardwalk nella bellissima Carolina Beach. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this condo with family so that in itself speaks volumes. It is the perfect location on Carolina Beach, easy walk to the downtown area for restaurants and entertainment. The condo is roomy and comfortable for a family or multiple couples, wonderful views of the beach. I found it to be in pretty much the same condition as my last visit, however balcony furniture has been renewed, curtains seemed new so much better. Still has older furniture, TVs, cabinets, flooring etc. but that is fine by me and reflected in the rate. Parking for 1 mid size and 1 full size vehicle. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, have really come to like Carolina Beach and this is the perfect place to stay for me.

Carolina Beach Trip

The condo was as described in the listing. Excellent location, easy access to the beach and lovely views from all three porches. Our family had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Could stand a few upgrades, fresh paint, new carpet and newer furniture but these things didn’t detract from our experience, as we come to the beach for the beach!

Location was perfect! Access to beach right there and fairly close to the Boardwalk. Other reviews were accurate regarding the condo itself. Very dated! Needs a major renovation. Bathrooms were very small. 2nd bedroom bathroom was dirty. Walls going up into the condo and the upstairs bedroom were dirty and scuffed up bad. Light bulbs need replaced. Did not find the garage remote until we were leaving. It would’ve been nice if it was left out. Our vehicle was a truck so no other car could fit. I stayed in the same building last year but a different unit. Two totally different vibes. Sad to say I was a little disappointed this year.

The location is great. Walking distance to so many things. Price is comparable for the area. We truly enjoyed our time. They only thing I would say is the unit could use a little sprucing up but we would definitely stay there again.

OK location, but clearly needs a deep cleaning and major updates.

We recently stayed at this property, and while its location is great—ideal for teens and adults who are able to walk a distance, it falls short in cleanliness and upkeep. For older family members, a car is essential for getting around. But there is no free parking anywhere except for restaurants. The beach access is excellent, which was a plus. The cleanliness was disappointing. The carpets, walls, and furniture were dirty and worn and felt sticky, with chipped paint, holes, and cracks in the walls. Showers had chipped paint and one had mold. Despite the nice layout of the place, it desperately needs a deep cleaning and updates. Until improvements are made, I won't be returning.

Amazing Beach Views

If you are on the fence about booking this property, DO IT! The views from all three balconies are breath taking. The condo itself is outdated and the furniture is old but the view more than makes up for that. It is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. My family and I will definitely be coming back next year!

Great location but...

The good: absolutely wonderful location and beautiful views. Easy walk to the boardwalk even for little kids. The public access to beach was right next to the property. Although I didn't mind it being public, it would have been nice to know because it did get blocked on the off- season weekend with golf carts. The space of the rooms and layout of the proprty was perfect for our family. The bad: the place was absolutely filthy and in disrepair. I don't mean it hadn't been cleaned, they're was clearly years of grime built up on the furniture. Photo hooks with no pictures, an outlet hanging out of the wall, broken chairs inside and out, it looked like a kindergarten class with dirty hands was let loose with markers. Overall it needs updating, but beyond that the master bathroom looks like it should in a horror movie. Limescale covering the shower head, cracks in the walls, cheap plastic surround that is barely big enough for a small adult and no way to keep water contained. The carpets were stained and worn, again with deep brown grime. The place could be wonderful with a little updating and basic maintenance.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

The title is a spoof on that well known real estate phrase and in this case it is very true. This townhome is in a great location with fantastic views of the beach, particularly from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. It is also within easy walking distance of the boardwalk and activity area in downtown Carolina Beach. As other reviewers have noted the interior of the home is very dated, in fact I would say it is pretty much in the original condition when built last century, accept for carpets, etc. The outside of the entire complex has been totally renovated so the balconies, rails and sliders are all in good, new condition. But we really did not care, the price point reflects the condition of the interior. The home is still very comfortable and if you have couples staying there, as we did, there is plenty of private space. My only gripe about the home were two things. Firstly, some of the furniture was in poor condition. There was a chair on the top balcony that was literally falling apart and quite unsafe to sit on. No excuse for that. Secondly, we had a small child with us and the pickets on the stair rails are far apart and easy for a child to fall through. This is actually a code violation and I was surprised the rental company (Bryant) had not insisted this be corrected as it is liability. Those are the only two reasons I marked this townhome down to 4 stars overall. But to be quite honest I would rent again as it is just such a fantastic location for the price.

Great location!

As in previous reviews the house was a little run down but that didn’t bother us because we felt more comfortable and at home. It was clean. We can’t say enough great things about the location! The garage actually has a door that opens into the sand. The beach access is just at the end of the building, less than 100 steps. Easy walk to the boardwalk and night life! We loved this area and this property! We would definitely stay here again!

Met our wants and needs

The condo is perfectly located. Access to the beach was adequate but took a couple of trips since the public access was almost a block away. The place was clean and more than sufficient in terms of space. Parking was a challenge due to small driveway and the need to “fit” one of our two cars in the garage. Family living in the area had to pay for public street parking whenever they visited. It wasn’t hard, but, could be expensive over several days. My only issue with reserving the place was a “late notification” to sign the rental agreement or else lose our reservation. Bryant notified me of the looming deadline and informed me that their emails get sent to Spam…that’s where I found it. Bryant needs to solve this issue in order to satisfy renters that their reservation is secure. Apparently paying a deposit isn’t enough to secure the reservation. Please fix this for future renters.

Good spot for family

The condo was large enough to accommodate 2 adults, 2 older teens, and a middle schooler. 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with a sofa made it easy to spread out. The bathrooms were somewhat small. Almost everything needed updating (walls painted, carpet cleaning, etc) but that also meant we didn't have to be extremely careful with things either. I've stayed places where I felt all I did was clean to keep things spotless. Everything was clean when we arrived. Bed linens were clean and without stains. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was clean. Be sure to take paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and any other things you might need. The 3 balconies were great for viewing the ocean. However, there was no direct beach access. You either had to walk on the street or open the garage door to get to the access. Beaches were not crowded which was a plus and why we love Carolina Beach. Easy walk to the boardwalk and any other shops/restaurants you may want to visit. Overall, good stay.

Great layout and location

First, I have a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and it fit exactly in the garage with my windows folded in and a couple inches to spare, so if you want to know if your vehicle will fit, look up the dimensions. No one would give me measurements so hopefully this will help future tenants. The location of this place was excellent and with three college age kids with us, having them on their own floor with own bathrooms was perfect. It was so nice having three balconies with views. Although some of the furniture and carpeting needed cleaning or replacement, this is a beach house and we were fine with it, we did not spend a lot of time there. We thought it was a great place and would definitely stay there again.

Great little place

Clean enough and perfect location. The decks are wonderful and the beds are great. Definitely needs updates and some TLC. The kitchen and full baths need to be gutted and totally redone. The couch sags. I also didn't understand why I had to stop the realty office to pick up check in materials. I'd definitely come back, though.

3 week rental and the furniture, carpets, kitchen appliances, cabinets, silverware, plates and bathroom fixtures all totally outdated, grungy and just worn out. I’m trying to rent another unit I. This building but not this one.

First time at Carolina Beach!

We had a great time! This beach was clean and family friendly. The walk to the beach was easy and very accessible. The condo does need some updates, but it was clean and it fit our needs. The parking is not the best for two vehicles, but we made it work. We are definitely coming back to this beach!
