  • Benvenuti a Ocean Harbor, questo condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni dispone di tutto il necessario per una spettacolare vacanza in famiglia. In questo che chiamiamo "The Blue Jay Unit", troverai tutti i pavimenti in piastrelle per mantenere le cose fresche, camere spaziose, una cucina ben attrezzata con un Keurig e una normale caffettiera, un soggiorno che conduce al ponte accogliente con vista sull'oceano. Quindi, prendi il tuo caffè del mattino sul ponte e goditi i suoni dell'isola.

    Nella camera matrimoniale troverete un letto matrimoniale rivolto verso la finestra che si affaccia sul canale, una televisione a schermo piatto da 32 pollici e un bagno privato. La camera da letto ha un letto a castello piramide e un sacco di spazio per le attività e una vista sul Canal! Se ordinate o cucite i pasti nella cucina completamente attrezzata, c'è abbondanza di spazio al tavolo da pranzo per tutta la famiglia. Rimani aggiornato sui tuoi programmi televisivi o sulle trasmissioni televisive preferite sul televisore a schermo piatto da 47 pollici durante il relax sul divano comodo. Good vacation

Good vacation with the kids. Property was in a great location. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay which was kinda cool. Door didn’t lock on arrival but maintenance came out and fixed within minutes of my calling them. Some of the dishes had been put up dirty but it would be difficult for staff to inspect all dishes if a prev guest did this. Overall great stay and would book again in the future.

Nice and clean

The condo was really nice and clean. We loved the location as it was close to everything and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. If we could make any suggestion, it would be to add some digital clocks in the bedroom just so it’s easy to see what time it is. Also, be aware that this unit is at the very top corner of the building, so there are at least 4 levels with many stairs. Thanks and we’d definitely

Filthy with old cookies behind furniture

I am not sure what ocean views we are talking about, but i think if you strrtch your neck you might see far away sliver of ocean between homes and palm trees. That isnt a make or break big deal for me but 3 dead roaches and one live one are..... i cant attach photos here but i have evidence of old cookies and water bottles near the furiture where we had to kill the roaches. We are staying in a different unit this week in the same vuilding not owned by bryant nor cleaned by bryant and it is wonderful. Best of luck in your future rentals.

A nice quiet place

Very nice place to stay quite and feels homey, but could still feel dirt on the ground from previous renters. TV problems did contact manager said he would send someone no one ever came.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the condo itself was nice.. the complex was old, no elevator the stairs were a pain to walk to the third floor.. we didn't care for the town itself, everything seemed to be stacked on top of each other. we thought we were getting a ocean view and we did if we looked between 2-3 set's of building leaning over the rail.. the price was good, wouldn't have wanted to pay anymore..

It was clean, which was a big deal for me and my family, had everything we needed for our stay, and it was quiet durning the night. The only recommendation, which is small, are some curtains that help block the light in the bedrooms. That would not keep me from staying here again, though. Great condo!

Great Place

We had a very nice stay at the Blue Jay. We would return! The place was very clean and perfect size for our family of 3. It is very close to the beach. While it was nice being on the top floor, that was also a downside. Having a 2 yo and going up and down the stairs wasn’t ideal. We would have appreciated streaming services, or a DVD player to watch movies. Other than that, we had a great time and the place was as described.

NICE PLACE BUT NO EXTRAS

The place was acceptable but it was missing a lot of items. There were only two small lamps in the master bedroom. All other lighting was provided by overhead lights. Only an old lumpy couch and kitchen chairs to sit in. We used the outdoor chairs inside. A few rugs would have been nice.

Everything was just like on the pictures. There was even more views over the marinas than expected. Really close to the beach in a great residential neighborhood with almost no traffic.

Nice house, parking not so nice.

Nice place house, very short walk to the beach. Which is a very nice beach as well. Only thing that could be better is the parking. Very small parking area and a couple days we had to use one of the outside guest parking because someone didn’t park correctly and we couldn’t get into our assign parking spot.

We had the best experience stating at this rental property!

We loved staying at this property this week!!! Everything went so well and was absolutely amazing! The furniture along with the appliances were fantastic! Everything was new and beautiful! The location was easy to get to the beach along with the boardwalk. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location / Very Clean and Newly Renovated Apartment

Loved the location! Such a short, easy walk to the beach, in a more quiet / less crowded area of Carolina Beach. Other reviews mentioned the 3 flights of stairs and the tight parking space; neither was an issue for us (with an SUV, we managed to get into the parking space fine). The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. We found zero signs of dirt / grime / etc. Overall we were very happy and pleasantly surprised with the apartment and would rent it again! Only complaint was that the management company, Bryant Real Estate, was slow to respond to an email. It was not an emergency so I didn't call their weekend/after hours number. But I wanted to inquire about a late check-out, so I emailed the day before and never received a response until well after the designated check-out time on the following day, so it was useless. I do wish the check in was earlier than 4pm and the checkout was later than 10am, as this was inconvenient for us on both ends. Again, the apartment itself was excellent and we'd stay again!

Lovely form of exercise

This is a lovely condo in a great location. It was exceptionally clean, was within walking distance to the beach, and had a fantastic pool. We loved it and would happily stay again. Before booking please know that there are 60 stairs to get to the room. The parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle and checkout/check-in is a little strict. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though there were three days of unprecedented rain at the beginning of our rental week, we had a great stay. The unit was extremely clean and new. I think I may have been the first person to ever use the oven. Sometimes beach rental units have a funky mildew smell- but not this one! Pros: Top floor, keyless entry, nice open feeling on the deck, granite, great appliances, Ikea dishes and pots, large capacity washer in a separate laundry room, large dining table for games, good water pressure with hot water, very close to two beach accesses with sand. Cons: some road noise from Canal Road, covered parking was very very tight and hard to get in and out of even with my Outback, there were no directions on how to use the remotes for the cable/TV, and the only real view is of a tad of the harbor from the top bunk (which I did not care about). This was more affordable than ocean view or ocean front properties and Clam Shell access is two houses down. Overall it was a very nice condo and a decent value price wise.
