Cammina fino alla "Spiaggia più sicura del mondo" da questa splendida e ammobiliata casa sulla spiaggia e goditi le sabbie bianche e il mite surf dell'oceano che ha messo Carpinteria sulla mappa come una fantastica località turistica per famiglie. Con vista sull'oceano, la nuova riserva di paludi d'acqua salata e le scenografiche montagne di Santa Ynez, la "Beach House" è il luogo perfetto per noleggi a lungo o breve termine. Facile guida ai vigneti di degustazione di vini di Santa Barbara, shopping nel centro di Santa Barbara, vita notturna, ristoranti, vela, pesca, festival musicali. Un posto comodo dove soggiornare per l'Avocado Festival di Carpinteria, il Triathlon di Carp, il Cancer Run di Santa Barbara, il Carp's Surf 'n Suds Beer Festival, il classico show automobilistico Rods & Roses, il Carpinteria Seal Nookery, le partite di Santa Barbara Polo Cub, il Carpinteria Surf Camp, il Carpinteria's Farmer's Market , tour delle fattorie di orchidee di Carpinteria, Santa Barbara Sea Glass e Ocean Festival e molti altri eventi.



Questa casa classica ha due camere da letto e due bagni ed è decorata con un fascino confortevole come un fienile in ceramica. La spaziosa cucina può ospitare otto persone e ha una vera stufa antica su cui è possibile cucinare più un forno / seconda gamma. Salite le scale ed entrate nella camera familiare con i soffitti della cattedrale e tanto sole splendente con vista tutto intorno. Entrambe le camere hanno letti king size con letti a scomparsa nell'armadio e il divano nel soggiorno si apre su un letto matrimoniale. Ampio cortile recintato con barbecue e zona salotto è l'ideale per intrattenere. La doccia esterna è comoda per il risciacquo della sabbia dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

Puoi raggiungere a piedi grandi negozi e ristoranti in centro o salire su un treno per Santa Barbara per il giorno, il deposito è a quattro isolati di distanza. La graziosa unità annessa soprannominata "The Sugar Shack" presenta una mansarda in stile nonna con zona notte per ospiti inaspettati durante i mesi di alta stagione.

NON sono ammessi animali domestici durante i noleggi settimanali estivi. Tuttavia, siamo ammessi agli animali domestici in bassa stagione. Perfect get a way home

We absolutely loved our VRBO home. Great area. Walk to downtown. Quiet and clean. Host got back to me within 15 mi utes when we had a question. Everything we needed was in the house. Can’t wait to go back Miss the Spot already.

Perfect Place to Vacation

We loved staying in this Beach House! It was so comfy and warm! There was so much room to relax and enjoy our visit. The kitchen was very well supplied, and the back yard was perfect for play time. It was clean as a whistle, and the communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Great Location!

My daughter and I stayed over a holiday weekend for her graduation from Pacifica. The house is super well located for walking to the beach and town. Large garage and great backyard. Pet friendly which was a god send as the pet sitter backed out. Ample kitchen and dining area well equipped. Cute lower level bathroom and study/sleep area. 2nd floor large cathedral ceiling living dining area and 2 large king bedrooms. Mine had a walk in closet with cot that we could have used for another person. Shower was nice and hot and strong. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Stay at Carpinteria Beach House

This place was perfect for us. It had enough space to provide privacy for a family with adult children. It was stocked with everything you would need, and it was organized, comfortable, and clean. We loved walking into downtown for browsing, finding treasures at the antique stores and boutiques, and trying out restaurants. The beach is a really close walk too. Our favorite eats were the Worker Bee for Breakfast and the little hamburger place by the railroad tracks. We also liked to sit by the fire pits at The Brass Bird where they have delicious coffee and pastries. The town is bike and family friendly, the backyard is good sized and has a grill and plenty of outdoor seating, and the location in town is convenient and feels friendly and safe. We rode around almost every day on the bicycles that come with the house. We would come back anytime! We are from the Carolinas, so getting to Carpinteria was a little challenging. We recommend the Santa Barbara Air Bus, but a couple we met told us the train is very easy too. We opted for the bus because it picks you up at the terminal and the times worked better for us. One thing to know about the Air Bus option is you have to roll your suitcases for a mile to get from the drop off to the beach house. We didn’t mind the walk, and it wasn’t bad at all. We highly recommend Channel Islands National Park! It’s an incredible experience with great hiking, kayaking, and boat tours of the painted caves. A must! Thank you, Ruta!

Wonderful Beach House

The Beach House was great for us! Very close to the main street of Carpinteria as well as the beach. We had a dog and an eleven year old with us and both enjoyed the house. The porches were great for relaxing an taking in the scenery. Beautiful backyard as well. The home owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We hope to be able to return someday!

Great family getaway

Great spot for a few getaway days in wonderfully charming Carpinteria. Accommodations were perfect for a dad, 13yo daughter and 11yo son. We didn’t use our car once as everything we needed was a bike ride away. The bikes and beach wagon in the garage were so helpful to facilitate our stay. And a fantastic beach (clean, nice sand, decent waves, clean public restroom) was only blocks away. Make sure you check out the vandenburg launch schedule as we had a great view of a rocket launch. Would definitely come back!!!

Spring break

Great location. The bedrooms were large and had one king and a twin roll away in each. Great view from the upstairs. Very close to the train tracks, but it did not seem to bother anyone. The window coverings in the bedroom do not do a great job blocking light so everyone was up early. There is not a hot tub like is listed on the front page, but it has a deep bath tub.

We stayed at this lovely and clean VRBO. The owner was very friendly, kind and her home was very welcoming. The house is close to everything, restaurants, Beach and shops. We will come again!!!

Great location - time for some updates

Ruta is an excellent host with great communication. The location couldn’t be better with easy walking beach and downtown access. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with king beds. The rollaway beds in each of those bedrooms would be a challenge for any adult as they look highly uncomfortable. There is a blow up queen mattress upstairs that works great. Small kids could sleep on the couches upstairs. The upstairs bathroom is fine but needs updating. If someone needed access to the downstairs bathroom during the overnight hours, it would be a challenge to make your way down there. That bathroom is also in need of an update as it’s very cold on winter mornings and has carpet on the floors around the toilet and shower. Also the property backs up to the train tracks so if that is a concern, you may want to take that into account. This is a nice property in a nice neighborhood with a great landlord. It will be even better when they are able to make some updates. I’m thankful we were able to stay there during Thanksgiving.

Great Space!

Our foursome stayed for a few nights while we attended a family wedding nearby. Our host was phenomenal. She was proactive in communicating with us and very helpful. The house had two king beds which was important to us! It was located in a charming community near the beach and the quaint downtown. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but the sleep was sound and the beds very comfy.

Very comfortable home. But you need to be able to climb stairs. Very thing you need is there, dishes, pans, spices, towels, robes, blankets, lots of outdoor chairs, umbrellas to take to the beach. Two refrigerators. Back yard is great for kids. Loved sitting out on balcony. Fun cooking on the antique stove. Thank you Ruta.

Sweet Beach House in Lovely Carp

We love the Carp/Santa Barbara area and wanted to spend my birthday week there and happened upon this little gem of a sweet older house on VRBO. We brought our two dogs who loved the large backyard with lots of room to explore. The house has a well stocked kitchen, comfy sofas and beds and a balcony perfect for having our morning coffee, and later for watching the sunset. (The dogs also loved the balcony for watching the neighborhood cats!) Though it was not a problem for us, prospective renters may want to know that the kitchen area and the living area are on different levels, and there are several steps leading down into the backyard as well. We loved our stay and will have great memories of this trip. Thank you, Ruta, for offering your sweet house!

Great Rental with Lg Backyard and Access to the Best Beach

Everything was as advertised. The management thinks of everything - I saw boogie boards, bicycles, dog toys…. We didn’t cook while there but had a great time taking our dog to the lovely beach, showering off the sand in the back yard and tossing the ball til she was all dry. The bedrooms were very clean and comfy, and we watched the sunset each day and relaxed in the comfortable sitting room.

We had an amazing time at the beach house; the property and location were both perfect for our needs as a family, and the house is so well set up for days out to the beach. Carpinteria is the best. What an immaculate, gorgeous home! Everything you might need is provided. Wonderful restaurants are nearby and it's only a short walk to a lovely beach. The owner is helpful and delightful. We plan on returning.
