Easy walk to the beach, downtown, or the train station. We are one block off of Linden Ave where several shops are located, Linden Square, and Smart and Final are located. We are a close walk to Brass Bird - a local favorite to grab a coffee or a bite to eat.

The Amtrak Pacific Surfliner is located 3 blocks away and is a very easy walk. The closest bus stop is on Carpinteria Avenue, both the 19x and 20 lines stop at Carpinteria Ave and Elm.

• The train station is 3 blocks away - you may hear the quaint sound of the Pacific Surfliner's horn.
• Occasionally the pool heater is off for maintenance, I will do my best to alter you if this is the case during your booking.
