“Everything was as expected. Sheets looked a bit stained in one area but looked clean other than that. Everything was as expected and super easy to come and go. Wouldn’t be good for people who don’t do stairs well but I had no problem.”

“This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

“Overall a nice stay. It is an apartment on one side of a house with full-time residents living on the other side. I would have felt bad bringing my little kids along but it was fine for my teen and I. The beds were comfy and lots of extras to not have to take along-iron, hair dryer, kitchen items.”

“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not...

“This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student”

“Do not stay in this apartment. Every VRBO i have been to before have been exquisite. Rhis one does not even meet a one star. Stains on the mattress. Broken couch. Kitchen has not been updated since 1950. Mold in the window, with broken mini blinds. Host is diffto contact. She did not offer a reimbursement. Or a stay at another property.”
