“My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed plus more, and we were actually surprised at how much storage there was. The inside had a modern appliances and a natural wood finish, great AC, WiFi, etc. The location was also awesome, just a few minutes away from several great hikes and natural waterfalls. We definitely hope to come back!”

“I can't say anything because my reservation was cancelled by Sheena , the host, and no communication and no refund of my pymt.Very bad, the site booked the wrong days and wrong quantity of adults , Sheena offered another cabin for the days needed, but in the end, she cancelled our reservation!”

“We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property.”
