“Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub.”

“The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from with workers checking on the food and keeping it well stocked. There was plenty of food to choose from. The pool looked clean and inviting...

“Problems at check in. Clerk advised she didn’t normally work front desk. She was in the bathroom when we arrived with a sign out. She was unable to check us in and finally had to do a workaround to get us a key. The tires on the luggage cart were deflated so it was very difficult to roll. My husband mentioned the problem to the clerk and said they need to be inflated. She said, I know they’re horrible. No coffee makers in the room so that was not cool. “There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”
