“Very friendly staff and a great room!”

“I wanted to rate personally because I’m upset because this morning when I woke up from staying the night in the hotel I had marks from bed bugs and it’s not fair for me to get bitten from any type of insects in the hotel and not get anything in return like money or anything. I have people as witnesses because I don’t want to make a huge deal out of this but not to end like this .”

“Nice room”

“We checked out two rooms for our stay. We decided on this hotel because of the price and it said breakfast was included. Unfortunately breakfast was not actually included unless you count Little Debbie donuts as breakfast. The breakfast area looked nice but unfortunately they had little to no breakfast. We packed better snacks in our bags. One of our rooms upon arriving was not cleaned. The bathroom shower was wet and had a towel hanging as if someone had just showered in the room. We had cob...

“This is an amazing property. The property managers went above and beyond. Pool is open, breakfast provided, and very clean room. Thank you guys so much, we will stay again if passing through Missouri.”

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“Very nice hotel with very helpful staff”

“The room was not as pictured or advertised. People are living in this hotel and all sitting outside. I did not feel safe at all. I opened the curtains in my room to find more people sitting in the parking lot on the other side of the building and the curtains in the room were ripped into shreds.”
