Ammirate l'ambiente tranquillo e sereno mentre vi rilassate sull'enorme terrazza con vista sugli alberi. Goditi il pozzo del fuoco a gas mentre sorseggi il vino con gli amici o fai delle immores con i kiddos la sera!

Situato in posizione centrale tra 100's di sentieri per escursioni / motoslitta, spiagge del lago Tahoe e diverse stazioni sciistiche. Perfetto per il divertimento invernale ed estivo. Questa casa è adatta per più famiglie con zone notte separate.

Ci sono tre livelli con quattro camere da letto, stanza bonus con divano letto matrimoniale, 3 1/2 bagni, sala giochi per bambini e adulti con air hockey, shuffle board, scacchi e giochi.

Dispone di doppi ponti, buca per il fuoco a gas all'aperto, vasca idromassaggio, cucina completamente attrezzata con coccio per cene facili, macinino da caffè, caffettiera, frullatore, mini robot da cucina, pentola per riso, waffle maker Belgio, teglie, ecc., Di fascia alta barbecue a gas e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto sul ponte superiore.

C'è un garage per 2 auto (contiene 2 auto di piccole e medie dimensioni) più spazio per barca, camper e tutti i tuoi giocattoli invernali ed estivi. In inverno puoi lanciare a destra fuori dalla porta principale!

Se devi lavorare o controllare la vita, la scrivania ha una docking station con monitor, tastiera e stampante, basta portare il tuo laptop.

Non preoccuparti se arrivi tardi, c'è del caffè, panna, zucchero, farina d'avena istantanea, cacao caldo, mix di waffle e sciroppo per iniziare.

L'accesso alle spiagge incline Village è incluso nel noleggio. Le tasse di entrata si applicano. Attualmente gli ingressi alle spiagge sono $ 12 per adulto e $ 5 per bambino. Incline Village Rec Center è disponibile anche con piscina. La spiaggia di Burnt Cedar vanta una piscina all'aperto in estate.

Tami is a great host and was very accommodating!! The house came stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a week up in the mountains to make our home away from home. The property was ideal both in size for two families as well as its location to Diamond Peak, shops, etc. Highly recommended!!

The patio decks were beautiful, well maintained, hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. Seemed like a lot of rules when reading about it but it wasn’t bad and we felt comfortable and the house was super clean and safe. Beds comfortable. Would highly recommend for families.

This home was beyond fabulous! It was spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished. Well stocked kitchen with every spice you can think of! Top of the line all the way through. Beautiful deck

Perfect property for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had a separate floor with bed and bath. The decks were the highlight-we loved sitting outside any time of day. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Great location, beautiful property and wonderful host. Tami is a good communicator and has thought of every single detail. OUTSTANDING

Prior to our arrival, I had questions regarding our stay. The host immediately responded to my questions and was very helpful. Upon arrival, I noticed the house, inside and out, matched the photos online. The property was clean and all the amenities mentioned were available. The property is centrally located and just minutes from several beaches, hikes, dining and other activities. My family and I truly enjoyed “Bearadise” and will recommend it to all our friends headed to the Tahoe area.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Tahoe

My family and I stay in Tahoe every year, and for the second year in a row, we returned to this same cabin. We absolutely fell in love with it last year, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The cabin is perfect for families, with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy together, but the master bedroom also provides the privacy and comfort needed for some relaxing time with my wife. One of our favorite features is how the master bedroom opens up to an amazing hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tahoe. The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Both inside and out, this cabin is ideal for a vacation in Tahoe, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return for future trips!

Family Time

We had the most wonderful stay at ”Bearadise.” Heaven from reservation to check out. Tami was quick to respond to my every question. The house instruction binder was extremely helpful. This home was perfect! The house was immaculate. There was a great amount of supplies and other amenities available that were useful for our stay. The house is in a very peaceful location and the town of Incline Village was a quick drive.

Beautiful property. We all felt like we were at home. Very cozy, well stocked with kitchen and BBQ supplies, extremely well kept and clean. The kids had so many games to keep them occupied, that they didn’t need us to keep them entertained. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Very well-appointed home

The owner/host of this house stated upfront that they use this home regularly for their own enjoyment...and you can tell. All the comforts of home are present. We've rented many houses through VRBO, but none compare to the little details put into this rental. Little things you take for granted...like extra/convenient charging ports, plushy towels, and...oddly enough...tissue boxes. Those touches show the thoughtful care put into this home. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.
