“We all enjoyed our holiday at the villa. It's spacious with good facilities; the pool is lovely and the games room is a useful retreat for teenagers. We had a quick response from Louis when the power failed and the local shops, etc. are easily accessible. A car is essential. ”

“We enjoyed our time at Villa Eloise very much and a villa lift up to all our expectations. Lots of space for 12 adults and around the swimming pool and we made use of all the dining areas throughout the week. The villa is a five minute walk to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants locally and we were there to play paddle and that is readily available in Vila Real at the sports club”

“We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the new year holiday. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for home cooking. The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Working with the owner and the house manager, Emma, was very convenient and clear. If we returned to the area, we would consider staying at the property again. ”

“The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao...

“Our family had a lovely stay at this property. The house is spacious and has a lovely pool and deck area which we used every day. Nearby shops and places to drink very walkable. Supermarkets are a 5 minute drink. 10 minute walk to lovely beach. ”

“La casa está muy bien, tiene piscina que viene bien. La playa se puede ir caminando en 20 minutos, en coche menos de 5. Tiene un centro comercial con lo necesario a 5 minutos a pie. Tienes plaza de parking sembró de la urbanización que viene muy bien.En general todo muy bien, el unico pero write me pondría esa que los colchones podrían cambiarlos yes write estan bastante deteriorados prep pasta Una semana pasan pero son mejorablez, or demas todo estupendo. ”

“If you want to know why we left after 16 hours - losing our entire payment - continue reading..... While there we discovered - 1. Hair in the drain of the upstairs bathroom left from the previous guests 2. The provided hair dryer was sticky on the outside and had plenty of hair on the inside 3. The mattress cover for the baby crib was very obviously old, heavily used & seemed stained 4. The mattresses in the 2 bedrooms we used were very old & uncomfortable with the beds as old as the house....

“We were 6 adults and 2 kids in the house for 1 week, it was a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable and well equipped - also with bed and chairs for small kids. The kids loved the swimming pool! You need to have a car, but the distance is short to the beach. We love the area, and go often to this side of the Algarve.”

“A lovely homely property with a very friendly and welcoming host. The ground floor bedroom and shower room was great for anyone with limited mobility. The garden and pool area were great for socialising. The pool was cold as not heated and it was early in the season but I’m sure would be fine in high summer. ”

“Desde o processo de check in às condições tudo na perfeição de de acordo com o anuncio. Acesso à praia muito fácil, sem necessidade de usar carro, 5 min a pé. Só um reparo no penúltimo dia de estadia, de repente e sem toque à campainha ou aviso prévio alguém foi à piscina colocar o produto de tratamento de àgua. Quanto a isso até acho bem mas entrar sem avisar não. Podia ter sido criada uma situação constrangedora que só não aconteceu porque quando lá foram quem estava em casa tinha ido ao...

"Il Grand House è davvero un posto piacevolissimo, un hotel storico e una vera oasi di buon gusto. Da quest'anno c'è una nuova gestione e, innegabilmente, qualcosa è cambiato. Nella precedente gestione ogni dettaglio, dalle camere alla reception, all'esperienza del beach club, appariva perfetto, con una cura spasmodica che giustificava anche il prezzo. Oggi alcune di queste cose sono sparite, mentre il costo della camera è rimasto invariato. Scrivo tutto questo soprattutto per gli estimatori della precedente gestione: oggi per andare al beach club si chiama un taxi e il servizio di trasporto non è più gratuito. Imoortantissimo: oggi il beach club chiude il lunedi. Tenetene conto nella prenotazione. "
