I reserved a Non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. I explained to the manager the situation before I checked out of the hotel even though I paid for 2 nights. The manager was not understanding, and essentially blamed it on "third party'. There are non-smoking placards on every floor of the hotel and a typed message next to the placard "smoking is allowed in the rooms but marajuana is not permitted." Would not reommend staying here unless you are a heavy smoker or you can be okay with sleeping on smoked-filled sheets.

Breakfast can be better for the price we paid. We also had a noise complaint, it was hard to sleep. We are cross country truck drivers and we needed a good night sleep

This was a super nice hotel especially in a pinch when I just needed a quick stay for my travels. Room did smell faintly of cat urine but not sure if it was bleach or maybe something outside so I can’t discount them on it. Room was super clean and well maintained however so no complaints here.

The employees and manager are very unethical and will steal your money. They are very angry and mean individuals. To the point that we are reporting them to the BBB, filed a report with Choice Hotels and contacted the local police department.

The location is convenient to the venue for the basketball tournament. Charter bus pulled up with a Volleyball Team. So, this place is no secret. It’s a hidden treasure for a long day and needed sleep. Assured of clean, quiet and free continental breakfast to get the games on the next day!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical and simple. Rooms where very clean as well as bath. Rooms seems smaller than anticipated , but was ample for family of 4 to share the 2 queen beds for a few nights. Parking lot very well lit at night, so much that some better shades on the windowa would have been better, as lights still came through window at night. But not so bad to keep from sleep.

Room seemed to have been recently renovated, very clean and nice. It was exceptional for the price. As with most of these that provide breakfast, the food was marginal. It was worth the price, although Expedia charged a few dollars more, and my two Maltese dogs cost an extra $35.

i have a heart condition and requested a 1st floor room. instead, they gave me a 3rd floor room. there were only 11 cars in the parking lot. I have been staying here on my way back and forth from fl for over 15 years.... never again! Sad really.

I like to start with the positive always. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. The bathroom was limited in any toiletries. sometimes you depend on small containers, you don’t want to bring large from home with you. I checked in on the coldest day thus far in North Georgia, howling winds, low teens. I arrived after several hours driving, with a dog with me and my sister. I asked the front desk clerk if I could go ahead and check in prior to 3 pm, This was at 2pm., if a room was ready. He said rooms were available, but I would be charged additional if I wanted to check in at this time. So, I went back out and sat in my car for an hour, I felt unnecessarily, as the hotel clearly had vacancies. When I went back in, the shift was changing, and the second clerk was very demanding about where I parked my car. I did comply ,but that was a first for me, as well the prior situation with the check in. Later in the evening my sister and I returned from a wedding we attended. My sister asked the front desk if there were any tea bags for hot tea. She was told emphatically no!! The next morning we got coffee in the lobby, a rack filled with tea bags was there. Also, wasn’t noted on their reservations page about fee for my dog. I expected that, it should have been included with the quote for the room. My stay there was the oddest I have experienced. I had routinely, easy requests, and was met with close to hostility. I would not stay there again.

Very dirty the checkin agent or general manager reeked of alcohol , there was a bug(s) ( roach ) so it appeared on the underside of counter. The robust scent of cigarette smoke lingered boldly but seemed to be mask by department store paint .. The incidental fee was $100 lol I respect covering your property by all means but Seemed no matter what condition the property was in upon arrival there is so many issues to make note of .. IN FACT THEY SHOULD PAY. YOU AN INCIDENTAL FEE TO PROTECT YOU ON THEIR PREMISES. The worst experience I’ve yet to encounter .

The air conditioner in this room was on a sensor, so if you didn’t move after so long, it would turn off and several members of our party were so hot all night long because we couldn’t get it to work right to be consistently flowing. And also another odd thing was when we checked in the guy made us move our car to the side of the building. Our room was on which I have never had anybody at a hotel ask us to do that before The breakfast was extremely limited so if you’re expecting more than a bowl of cereal or a cup of juice, you’ll be disappointed

Nicely Remodeled Everything Looks New
Overall Hotel and room were very nice and updated, breakfast is limited to a few items. Area around the hotel hopefully will also get a face lift. The area has potential if more money is put into other structures off this exit area.

Excellent value "Breakfast included" -not really
This location was excellent for the money, and likely the best option in the area. My wife and I have tried two other hotels nearby and far prefer this one to those—dollar to dollar an excellent value and overall a nice stay without any real issues. The "Free Breakfast" is really just "Free bread yogurt, and cereal" so don't put too much stock in that. There was nothing warm offered (besides a toaster).
