“Had a smoking room, but even the bedding had cigarette burns all over it. The towels were dirty. Pool was closed. Got there Thurs night and left Sunday morning, cleaning people never came in to make the beds, change towels, or take the garbage. Sat morning we had no hot water to take a shower. Took me almost 2 hours to get ahold of someone asking when the pool was going to be open, and they said that it has been closed all season.”

“I was very disappointed with my experience. I encountered cockroaches in the room and contacted the front desk to request a refund. The employee apologized and stated that the rooms had cockroaches. She then refunded my payment. While I appreciate that the issue was acknowledged and my money was returned, the presence of cockroaches is unacceptable for a lodging facility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.”

“All the staff were very friendly especially the lady the prepared breakfast. She was a delight to talk to. Only problem we encountered was finding the place. Your address does not work with my gps or Waze.”

“Hotel takes a deposit on your card and then without any discussion only refunds a portion of it. Example. I was accused of smoking cigarettes inside my room because the maid claims they found two butts in the trash can. No pics no proof but kept half my deposit. Heard it’s a common scam there. Called to talk to the manager and of course he was “out” and will not call me back. Not honest and shady. Hotel has some rooms rented out like apartments. Next time I’m in the area I will pay double...
