Casa Capovolta: Tour e Visite Guidate

Brand new hotel / apartments in a renovated old building with lots of great shared amenities like gym, sauna, games, kitchen, offices etc. Very good and young vibes. Only minus the breakfast that gets delivered to the door without being able to choose what you get and with a lot of packaging, instead of the classic buffet with multiple options.

The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

Standard Studio mit Balkon gebucht, kleines Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen. Kleines Bett wo max. 1 Person drin schlafen kann, für 2 kein Platz, weshalb die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt wurde zum schlafen, damit niemand aus dem Bett fällt. Buchung wurde dem Personal gezeigt. Auf Nachfragen keine Zimmer verfügbar, bei der Buchung ging etwas schief. Hab über Expedia gebucht, laut Hotel stand im System booking. Merkwürdig! Zimmer direkt an der Straße, Tag und Nacht Lärm. Angenehme 30 Grad im Raum, ohne Klimaanlage. Frühstück wurde früh um 8 Uhr mit klopfen an der Tür vors Zimmer gestellt in einer Tüte. Am 1. Tag gab es noch Frühstück für 2 Personen, am 2. Tag nur noch für eine. Insgesamt katastrophaler Aufenthalt, wir waren froh, dass es nur 2 Nächte waren.
