Room dirty (hairs found on the floor) and really too cold, we got a heater from reception but not enough to have a warm room.
Our room also dark due to the only window oriented to the inner part of the hotel.
Bathroom small with a tiny sink.
Slippers available but reused (like washed and repacked), mine had some hairs inside.
Wi-Fi too too slow and often disconnected.
Staff speaking English very badly and with no 4 star hotel...

Avendo visto che dietro al giardino c’erano asciugamani stesi ho chiesto al personale se potevo stendere li il bucato e mi è stato detto di sì, peccato che al mio rientro nel pomeriggio sono stata ripresa in malo modo per questo dalla signora alla reception. ”
